My son comes our sweaty and tired - always a lovely way to pick up your child from a sports-activity. The one thing I find a bit disappointing is that the classes fill up - sometimes several weeks in advance and it can be hard to get into particular classes. So far our schedule has allowed for flexibility with this but given the short time in which to use up classes, it can be challenging to find enough options that fit our schedule.

When finished, every employee went to do something else rather than taking a moment to address me, so I left without being served. More recently, I stood at the counter for more than 15 minutes, only two other customers in the store, employees passing by me five times apparently too unconcerned to ask if I needed help. When I was able to stop one and ask if they had a SS fastener for a snowboard, nobody even bothered to look for one and told me NO. I am never giving them another chance to earn my business and recommend you do the same.

The clerk helped me find new pedals and a water bottle clip that would work better, and agreed to look the bike over for any needed repairs. I'm a bit clueless about bikes, so I was very pleased when I got a call a week later, as expected, with the word that the services I requested were done on time, and nothing else was needed. The charges were all reasonable and nothing extra was pushed at me. The store is nice, and has what looks like a good selection of bikes. There's an assortment of helmets, so I found a color I like and got one of those. The staff were all helpful and friendly. I'll definitely go back when service is needed! Did a great job on my bike, fixes all reasonable, didn't sell anything I didn't need. People were all friendly, work done in expected timeframe. Nice selection of bikes.
