A good pair of jeans should last anywhere from 5 to 15 years depending on use and care. I contacted diesel, and they asked me to send photos, and I obliged. They asked for the date of purchase. They said there was nothing that they could do since it had been over a year. If you're spending $300 to $800 apiece for clothing, you might as well buy something quality.

My favorite Diesel store is in the Beverly Center in Los Angeles. I wish this store in Lenox was as large as that L.A. store. Also, in L.A. I often look at the window display which is at the door and then I step inside to look around. This shop has displays on each side and the door is at the corner. I often walk by one display (walk past the door) and turn the corner to see what's in the other window display and then I walk off thinking maybe I'll go back later and look inside but I rarely do go back.

Cato is a small women's clothing store. It could easily go unnoticed in this Kroger plaza. I love…read morethe variety of styles that they carry. Very modern, casual and chic. They also carry lots of inexpensive accessories and shoes to compliment their clothing. Prices are low to midrange and they accept all major payment methods. Because the store is small, their inventory is limited to a few pieces per style. For example I selected a pair of denim looking pants made in soft linen material. For this style they had remaining on the rack 1 extra small, 1 medium and 2 extra large. Lucky for me the medium fit. The store has two sides... one for "regular" sizes and the other for "larger" woman. Not sure if I've stated that the PC way, but I mean no offense. The one downside for me is if I want to try something on and the store is busy, then I have to wait a minute for a cashier to unlock the dressing room. Returning items is easy. Be sure the tags are still intact and you have your receipt Store staff is friendly and professional. There's a single restroom in the stock area. I recall it being not gender specific. It was clean without the frills. The products sold here are just as good as those you'd purchase from any of the bargain brands. Good price and quality. Parking is great except when it's full because people are shopping at Kroger around the major holidays.

As a customer of…read moreExpress for over 15 years, I am highly upset of the new third party vendor, BB Dakota, that they use on their site. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago over $200. That order is still in processing and has not shown shipped. I called Express customer service for a refund. Then in return, they tell me since it's a third party vendor they can not process my return and I need to contact BB Dakota on my own, via EMAIL only. Another upsetting action upon Express. You are quick to take my money, however to get it back I need to jump thru other people. I sent the email to BB Dakota. I immediately get a response in what appears to be a generic email they send automatically for refunds, telling me I have to wait 2-3 weeks for an item to be inspected before getting my money back. UNACCEPTABLE! These items haven't even left their facility. I will NEVER order from BB DAKOTA again.
