I was looking for a regular polished french mani and pedi, and I'm not sure what was written down for my appointment but the woman at the counter just quickly handed me color options. So I guess I wasn't getting a french tip that day! However I wasn't too upset since I was also open to a regular service. I ended up leaving with a gel(?) manicure and regular pedicure. Then the lady (not sure if it was the owner or not but the Korean woman who was there) says, oh that is an old card and tried to show me the new one. I told her that had nothing to do with me and showed exactly where my card showed $20 off. Long story short, they only gave me $10 off. I should have just given $40 and left but I did not have time to be going back and forth with someone. But I let her know that I will never be back.
