Sweet Touch One Nail Spa is such a Wonderful place to relax and unwind. I love coming to nail salon that has a clean environment. The staff is friendly loving and caring. They give you exactly what you need! Gleddy did my nails for the first time and all I can say is wow! I do the full in and gel they have lasted me three weeks. I was very pleased with her work. I have been going to this place for several years. Recently, new owners purchased the place and they are absolutely HORRIBLE! You go in for one thing and they are ridiculously pushy about you adding a pedicure or a French manicure or a massage or some other service. When you say no thanks, they continue to ask. Last week I had an appointment with Myra (she's the best and sweetest). The owners took the appointment over the phone and when I arrived she was triple booked. They never even told Myra that I had an appointment with her and never even said a word to me. One of the new owners just quickly started to put foils on my fingers to soak my old gel polish off. When I realized that Myra finished with one person and started another, I said something and she had no clue that I even made an appointment with her. I feel as though they are doing this on purpose just to get you in the door because one of the new owners wound up doing my nails. Well, I finally decided to write a review because this all occurred less than a week ago and my gel polish is chipping off of 3 nails! Gel polish is supposed to last at least 2 weeks! What a complete waste of money. Although I love Myra and the other girls there (that's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1), the new owners and their service is just so bad that I will not being going back again!!! read more
