Ketchup, mustard, and salt were the only condiments on the table, not sure if anything else was available, like cider vinegar or even pepper. It's a pub, you would think all that stuff to be automatic. Second night (9 pm Sunday) I tried to go elsewhere because of my previous night's experience, but not many other options. Most of Alma was already closed. Tonight there was no music playing, so I was able to have a conversation. Really bad service. My credit card got mixed up with my friend's card and I got charged $40 extra…read more I asked for the charges to be fixed, they don't do that. They don't do refunds for wrong charges or fix mistakes they made. $40 is a large difference between bills. Very frustrating as I wrapped my receipt around my credit card when I handed it to the server, so there would be no mix up in bills/cards. Somehow she still mixed it up. Mixing up bills is one thing, having a business model that refuses to fix large overcharges is much much worse. Other than the rude customer service, food takes a long time and table service in general sucks.
