For years I've read bad reviews of this place but I was in a rush and needed a wash and this place is right by where I live. I went there and bought a special subscription and the wash was surprisingly better than more expensive places like cobblestone. I had to fill out a paper receipt for the "contract" but I took a few photos to get all the details. Don't forget to do that if you want to do a subscription. The manager helped me with it and was nice. I just felt bad for the girl handing me the towels and air freshener because she looked like she was rethinking her life choices and you could tell she didn't want to be there and I don't blame her. These places might be shady but the employees aren't usually involved in the scams, they just need a job. The wash was pretty decent getting off all the bird crap and dirt that has accumulated on the car for months. The only residue was very tough bird poop specs and dead bugs on the front bumper, but no car wash is gonna get that off. The vacuum area was clean and the towels provided were fluffy and bright and looked new. My happy friend was restocking the towels as I was drying and I found that I only needed one towel to dry and wipe the inside of the door jams. I just hope that when the time comes after my promo ends, I can cancel the subscription easily. I marked my calendar to do it several weeks before like the receipt says. read more

Francis & Son Car Wash has multiple locations throughout the Valley. I've visited a couple of them. My most recent visit was to the Baseline Rd location. My experiences have been very consistent. Each time, I'm greeted by a friendly employee. They're always pleasant and happy to answer questions you may have. The cost of even the most basic of car washes have risen dramatically in the last few years. While Francis & Sons is no exception, their increases have been more palatable than their competitors. Still, they offer complimentary glass cleansing cloths, air fresheners and self- serve vacuums. The washes usually leave the exterior of my vehicle clean. On my recent visit, there were still a bit of stubborn bird droppings after the wash, Given I opted for the "Touch Up" (Light Wash, Light Rinse, Light Dry), I really can't fault them. I so happy with Francis & Sons, I'm considering an Unlimited package. I just wish their website specified if this offering is monthly or otherwise. read more

I've been to this car wash plenty with no issues. Total I had a horrible experience. A defective roller was not allowing my car to track through the wash. The attendant couldn't figure out the issue, call his boss on the phone to try to figure out, to no avail. My car WAS IN NEUTRAL AND THE PARKING BRAKE WAS NOT ACTIVATED. The attendant lost his cool talking to his boss dropping lots of f bombs. In the meantime cars behind me were piling up which I'm sure stressed him out. He Finally Told me to drive the car through without the guided rollers . I maintained a slow speed and the wash worked until the last 4 functions which did not work. I pulled my car out and got out to inspect the car and it looked worse than it was before. Drove around to see if there was an office to discuss a refund. There is no office available for customers. Spoke to the 1st attendant who took and processed my credit card on the front end. That 1st attendant told me to go back through the car wash, which made sense. 1st attendant went to talk to the 2nd attendant who was dropping all the f bombs. I will refer to him as the jerk. So the jerk comes to my car and starts yelling at me and blames me for driving my car too fast and there would be no refund. That dude needs to be fired. No need to be RUDE AND INSULTING TO ME due to their equipment malfunction. I was furious. Never coming back. I drove to their competition car wash a few blocks down the street. Car made it through JUST FINE!! FRANCIS & Sons is ROTTEN ROTTEN ROTTEN. FIX YOUR DAMNED EQUIPMENT. AND FIRE THE JERK. And learn how to treat customers . P.S I had a passenger in my car with me. I have to take a moment to review this spot. I serendipitously saw this car wash and stopped by on my way to a dinner. I got the $3 quick rinse, just needed some spot cleaning. Easy to pay and the employee wished me a good car wash, lol. I got up to the front and another employee guided my car onto the tracks and gave me a towel and an air freshener. The wash was quick as advertised, and the vacuums. Ooh wee! So powerful, I had to be careful it didn't suck up my garbage bag or other items. I'm a Lyft and Uber driver and have the monthly pass which I absolutely love !! All the wonderful employees that work here have always been super nice to me and had such great customer service. And every time they see me out of my vehicle they always ask if I need anything just other day I had thought I vacuumed up something important and they went out of their way to check the machine to see if anything was In the machine thankfully nothing was and I appreciate the guys that their time to do so read more

Took my car here and was shocked to see my car looked virtually the same after paying for their ELEVEN dollar manager special.... my ass! Their water is so hard it left water spots in which I ended up having to detail the outside of the car myself. Also the $11 wash was essentially no different than their $6 wash. They did a decent job. I'm really particular about how clean my truck is after I pay $25. As long as they let me take care of the details they miss and don't make me walk around pointing out the dirt, I'm good. They have a small staff so it took a while to get through but I saw that going in and wasn't in a rush. read more

I a loyal monthly customer of you guys on the locations of Phoenix, AZ - 4720 E Baseline Rd 4720 E Baseline Rd Phoenix, AZ 85042. Until today I will be canceling my membership with them. I was involve in a car accident inside the car wash, I never taught that could possibly happen but it did it happened to me a 22 week pregnant women, the employee working there gave the front customer bad instructions and the front vehicle got out of track and made the accident happened, not only did he give her bad instructions he walked away and was not supervising for cars to be running how they should have been. I told him that he shouldn't let her go because of what happened and their was damage in my car now, and according to him he told her to wait but the vehicle drove off leaving my car damage and me frighten with a bad back. I got a picture of her license plates when we where inside the car wash and try filling against her insurance but I just found out she hasn't been insured with them for over a year now. This is extremely upsetting because not only did I get terrible customer service this day but I left extremely frighten of taking my car inside the car wash now, and with my car not being able to get fixed and having to visit the doctors more recency right now that I'm pregnant than I should. I don't recommend anyone to go here I wouldn't want anyone to experience what I did. read more
