I thought they had moved to a new location on McDade Blvd. I had to ask three people where and how to enter the parking lot and building since the parking lot was being repaved. No sign said the place was open, where to enter the parking lot [in front of a bank] or how to enter the building once you are in the parking lot. I left my truck there for repair to my exhaust system at 8 AM. Later that afternoon, I received an email stating that the parts were not available for my truck. I did not even receive a phone call. Finally, no explanation was given when I retrieved my truck. In addition, the truck was left unlocked when I went to pick it up. The only positive comment I have is that they are open until 7 PM on weekdays. My rating is zero stars.

After about an hour or 2 Bill called me from Stirling and told me that they had to replace the tire because the damage was too severe. The next morning the new tire had arrived and they installed it. I was in an accident and took my car there to get inspected and repaired. long…read morestory short: I had to take my car back multiple times because the owner and mechanics kept missing repairs that were a result of the accident. ultimately, they gave up and flat out told me to go to a different mechanic. I did and found one more professional, more knowledgeable, and perform an over better job. I would rather walk before taking my car back to this shop for repairs.
