The collision center returned my truck to me in horrible conditions. I went in with only physical damage and received it after with a super shakey engine, a hanging bumper, and apparently in need for new fuel injectors. Keep in mind I drove my crashed truck to the center and it had no type of shaking, which leads me to believe they messed with it. While trying to investigate further on what could've happened with my truck, estimator Baeley Hearld accused me of crashing the truck again causing their work to be damaged. While trying to communicate all I could get out of her was that I would have to pay a fine for unrelated damage to the crash. It was just crazy to me that she could just assume something so crazy and actually question me about such a thing with clearly no evidence of another crash on the truck. A couple days later I have my brother go in with me and her attitude and tone changed completely and no longer accused me of crashing it a second time, while questioned on the fee she could not give any type of description or explanation on the charge so we decided not to pay and were forced to leave without my truck. This made me feel completely discriminated, not to mention made me waste hours of my time to talk to her just for this kind of horrible treatment and unreasonable fees. I will be proceeding to talk to my insurance about not recommending this specific center to future clients. I will take matters into my own hands and make sure these kind of actions and events don't go without consequence. I will not be paying this place any kind of money for their reckless, irresponsible, and unprofessional work. The only good thing about this place is the front office ladies they're super friendly and kind, but don't let that fool you into paying unreasonable fees. Reading through other reviews I noticed this is not the first time this center returns vehicles "ready" to their owners with additional damage. I've also seen the name Baeley a couple of times which proves all of my perspectives correct. We just want our vehicles fixed correctly the first time, not additional damages. I wish I would've done more research before leaving my truck here, I hope others chose to make their research and inform themselves on the constant problems people are having with Francis collision center. Or even better the center actually fixes their system if multiple people are having the same problems instead of continuously failing customers. Hopefully one day they aim to have effective repairs instead of trying to rush everything. read more

If you care about your car do not come to this place. Work quality is awful. Its like some dirty dogs been crawling all over your car. Dirt everywhere. Detail department is terrible. Over spray all over my driver back door i didn't realize it until i got home. My walk through person was Bealey Hearld. Rushing me making all sorts of irritating noises cause i found some deep scratches still where they were suppose to fix. Bealey Hearld is very unprofessional. Please beware of their lack of expertise to do repairs with precision. I'm my experience they displayed carelessness in not filling coolant after repairs. They seem to pander to insurance companies like Geico using non OEM parts without being upfront about it; I'm my car the A/C condenser in my new Honda Civic looks cheap and awkward compared original). They're great at making excuses and blaming others for their deficiencies in repairs and inability to fix a newer vehicle back to original state. All I can say is do your homework because Francis Collision Repair is there to serve the insurance company's interest and not the customer that is paying for insurance coverage. I've had three cars repaired at Francis collision over the years Every repair was excellent- (1) had a brand new Chrysler 300 that had a stray bullet come down on hood on New Year's Day (thanks Fresno :( ) (2) hydroplaned on the freeway in my dodge Durango, hit some guard rails pretty good! (3) After an 13 exhausting hours of moving to a new home, husband backed up into a fence. Picked up my Kia Sorento today and it looked brand new. The communication is solid throughout- I hope to never need auto repair again, but if I do, I will certainly go back to Francis collision. I wasn't happy with my first impression and having second thoughts on having my car repaired here. I left very confused and unhappy. I shouldn't of left my car. Finally 6 days later they call it's ready when I get there 40 minutes still waiting for them to show me my car. When Juanita told me I needed to sign and pay my deductible I was all aren't they going to show me repairs and he response was all oh did you want to see it? My response was of course. When seeing my car it wasn't complete they wanted me to take it and when a part came in to bring it back I said no and left told them to call me when ready. Juanita seemed to get upset don't know why when she's just a receptionist. My car was finally ready but it was the worse experience and I will never go back. Staff is rude and don't communicate with the customer. My adjuster Aaron never communicated with from the beginning and when picking up my car never even came out. My car had cosmetic damage and they did a good job at fixing it. Their customer service was good and everyone was friendly. The reason for the bad review is that my car went in for cosmetic repairs but somehow they drove it more than 100 miles. I don't understand what is the need to drive a customer's vehicle if it's in for cosmetic repairs. Even if driving was necessary, why the need to drive over 100 miles? Now my car has dash lights on that I have never seen before and I have owned it for close to 15 years. There is also a burning smell coming from it. God only knows how much those repairs will be that I'll have to foot the bill for. One last thing that is not important to me but if they say they're going to do something then they should. I was told that they would wash and vacuum my car after all the repairs, I personally don't care if they do it.They did clean the exterior but it was obvious that the inside had not been touched. The inside was extremely dusty and it stank of what I think was some sort of fragrance spray that they used. Unless you are looking forward to costly future repairs don't take you car here. read more

I am truly impressed with the Francis Collision Centre team. In less than 30 minutes from my arrival, I was on my way home with a quote in my hand! Since they have a partnership with Geico, I hardly had to do anything except show up with the car and hand them my keys. They even gave me a ride home which I truly appreciated since I'm new to town.
