They fit me in for three 2.5 hour appts to fix 8 teeth and extract 1 in the only 2 days I had!?! High quality organic sanitation products and resin to rebuild my teeth to look completely natural imported from Japan . Eileen is an absolute artist who loves fashioning broken destroyed teeth into looking whole and new. The polishing paste even has diamond dust in it! Dr. Hugo is a wonderful human being who was as gentle as possible considering I have unusual excess bone and extra roots to navigate. It was easily 1/4th of the price I would've paid in the United States . Approximately $50-$80 per tooth depending on the severity and extra steps needed. I was prepared to pay for whitening but just that diamond paste lightened my teeth up three shades for no extra cost. No matter who you go to , I'd recommend bringing sunglasses and headphones. They also didn't mind that I brought my own blanket. These three things help me with my anxiety, Comfort to tune out the bright light and noise. I'm going back for implants. He did a fantastic job in record time and let us stay in the room with her. There were no hidden fees, incredibly low prices, and the facilities were super clean and friendly. I was very impressed with his staff, many who are former students of the University. 2023 Dr. Avila worked on my lower jaw the procedure of denture approximately $1,200. in U.S. I had be given quotes of $7,000. the procedure for upper jaw was $900. U.S. quote was $17,400. they has included some unnecessary dental work extracting some teeth , filling up the holes with bone graft material at $475.00 per hole. Didn't need this done. This most competent master Dentist's name is: Oscar Avilla D.D.S. and this doctor's work to be totally and completely satisfactory. I would describe it as excellent. After my dentist retired, we had a little global pandemic, and then things got busy and ... in 2026 I brought them a mouth some California dentists wouldn't touch without hundreds of dollars in X-ray and lab fees up front. Then wouldn't touch. ​ In two days of care, they replaced a complex crown, did four quadrants of deep cleaning, and filled an embarrassing number of cavities. I paid about two and a half Gs for what I was quoted elsewhere for between $6K and $10K. This is dental work under local anesthesia, so some pain from numbing is expected. They have a deal with a chain hotel in easy walking distance that has an included breakfast with soft foods and a UV water dispenser on every floor. From my initial contact on WhatsApp, to their offer to Uber me to the office, to patient intake and detailed assessment including head CTs (!), 3D modeling (!!!), photography of teeth and individual tooth x-rays, and the competence of the clinical team... I don't believe this level of dental care is available in Estados Unidos. If I have a friend who needs dental care, I will cheerfully refer them here. Note: WhatsApp and Uber are essential tools in Tijuana.​

But Dr. Hens made the experience easy. My comfort was constantly monitored. They have blankets and pillows. Throughout the procedure, they checked in with me regularly.. Explanations and warnings for every sensation. I did not experience any pain, which is rare for me as Novacaine tends to wear off quickly on me. And from the evaluation to the completed root canal, I never doubted the expertise of the staff and Dr. Hens. They have this cool 3-D image thing and they do the x-rays in your chair so it is much simplified. She also takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions. I never felt rushed. I have been putting up with a lower standard of care for far too long and I highly recommend this office if you have any insecurities or fears or hesitations about the work you need done. I was told by the dentist that pain proved I needed a root canal. I was also told the endodontist on staff there did not do evaluations. That was not the kind of care I want. I need more than just a flippant explanation. We were talking about removing and excavating a nerve from my head, which happened to be in my molar.
