From the initial phone call to the procedure itself, everything went well. My daughter is an anxious patient, but after reading reviews about Dr. McGann's experience with nervous patients, I felt better about choosing this office. During the consultation Dr. McGann patiently answered all of our questions and the wisdom teeth extractions went better than expected. The aftercare instructions were explained, and her prescriptions were sent to our pharmacy of choice and ready for pickup before we even left the office. Brandy walked my daughter to the car and made sure she was safely in her seat, which I thought was very thoughtful and compassionate. The office itself is contemporary, calm, and welcoming, with beautiful wood accents and two comfortable seating areas. There's a waiting area inside and outside. I really liked the vertical wood partitions. It gave the office a clean, Scandinavian design vibe. The building is on a corner lot with a small parking area in the back, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. There's also metered street parking directly across the street. The personal touches in the post care bag like chapstick, extra gauze and the syringe for flushing the medicine, meant so much. As a college student, she loves the new sweatshirt! She wore it inside at home today saying how comfortable it is! Wisdom teeth removal is a rite of passage for many teens and I'm so happy that my daughter had a pleasant experience. She's feeling better since the teeth have been removed. So grateful for this office. Dr. McGann's bedside manner and attentiveness are truly top-tier. We live 2.5 to 3 hours away (depending on traffic) so when I realized I had a missed call from the oral surgery office, I panicked a little thinking we had forgotten something! Imagine my relief and surprise when I listened to the voicemail and it was Dr. McGann personally calling the same evening to check on my daughter's healing and progress. A+++ This office treats its patients with respect and care. It operates like a well-oiled machine. Every staff member is efficient, competent, and a skilled communicator. This kind of care is rare. After my dentist retired, we had a little global pandemic, and then things got busy and ... in 2026 I brought them a mouth some California dentists wouldn't touch without hundreds of dollars in X-ray and lab fees up front. Then wouldn't touch. ​ In two days of care, they replaced a complex crown, did four quadrants of deep cleaning, and filled an embarrassing number of cavities. I paid about two and a half Gs for what I was quoted elsewhere for between $6K and $10K. This is dental work under local anesthesia, so some pain from numbing is expected. They have a deal with a chain hotel in easy walking distance that has an included breakfast with soft foods and a UV water dispenser on every floor. From my initial contact on WhatsApp, to their offer to Uber me to the office, to patient intake and detailed assessment including head CTs (!), 3D modeling (!!!), photography of teeth and individual tooth x-rays, and the competence of the clinical team... I don't believe this level of dental care is available in Estados Unidos. If I have a friend who needs dental care, I will cheerfully refer them here. Note: WhatsApp and Uber are essential tools in Tijuana.​

They fit me in for three 2.5 hour appts to fix 8 teeth and extract 1 in the only 2 days I had!?! High quality organic sanitation products and resin to rebuild my teeth to look completely natural imported from Japan . Eileen is an absolute artist who loves fashioning broken destroyed teeth into looking whole and new. The polishing paste even has diamond dust in it! Dr. Hugo is a wonderful human being who was as gentle as possible considering I have unusual excess bone and extra roots to navigate. It was easily 1/4th of the price I would've paid in the United States . Approximately $50-$80 per tooth depending on the severity and extra steps needed. I was prepared to pay for whitening but just that diamond paste lightened my teeth up three shades for no extra cost. No matter who you go to , I'd recommend bringing sunglasses and headphones. They also didn't mind that I brought my own blanket. These three things help me with my anxiety, Comfort to tune out the bright light and noise. I'm going back for implants. On the way out you pay for parking with for the allotted time you were there. The grocery store and other little stores are on the first floor and a lot of clinics/dentist offices are on the second floor. Once you get to the second floor, there'll be someone at the main door asking you to check in and that really just states your name and how many people are with you and what office you're going to. There is a staircase, and there is an elevator to get to the second floor. The office is small but very clean but unfortunately in Mexico, what happens sometimes is that the running water stops working and you cannot use the restroom since there is no water to flush the toilet. The two girls at the front are really nice and are really inviting. Feel free to ask them any questions you have. Dr Yasmin introduced herself and she was very lovely and she is the person who did my cleaning and my teeth whitening. She was very lovely as well and she kept asking me if I was OK and was very attentive. So what happens first is that the doctor will check you out and make sure that the items you requested can actually happen that day and then someone comes and gives you a quote and if you would like to continue, you sign the quote and then the work is started. It was my very first time doing a teeth whitening, and while she was doing it, it did not hurt at all, but I did experience some teeth sensitivity around an hour later. The teeth whitening is four sessions of 15 minutes under some sort of lamp on your teeth. It is a small quaint clean office. I would definitely go back.
