The exterior wash was very disappointing. The car looked barely cleaned, and the roof in particular was still visibly dirty, as if it hadn't been washed at all. Given that I paid extra for the seat shampooing in addition to the VIP service, I expected at least a basic level of thoroughness, which simply wasn't delivered. I'm especially frustrated because I chose to support a local business, but the experience felt unprofessional and ultimately not worth the time or money. I even spoke with a manager, who was courteous and respectful, and worked to address the situation--which I did appreciate. However, it's frustrating to have to go through this after already paying for the service. To make matters worse, after returning home, I noticed that the front mount of my license plate had been damaged. While I understand that accidents can happen, this only added to my overall disappointment given the rest of the experience. Overall, I feel like I could have done a better job myself. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I won't be returning.

Im like no thanks, just deduct it from the bottle you're saying I have to buy and to just give me the rest of the change with smaller bills. She says "so no 20$ tip?" With like a dumb tone. I just explain again no and my plan was to give the dude like 10$ bucks and have a couple singles and a five if it were like multiple dudes working on the truck. Bought a water bottle for 2.79. She didn't deduct it but added for a grand total of 22.79? I explicitly said not to do that? Dude i pay like 175$ for these washes off my company card every other week for a nice detail and the dudes do a solid job . I tip outta my own pocket and she just made this experience annoying. Typically its a solid place, but shes also being like loud , condescending, and so it was just an unpleasant experience. Still a solid place. But 4/5 for this experience because I know she probably like that with other customers too.

The person that took my order, said he would let them know to only wash and dry the car so that it would be quick. I arrived there at 1:07-1:10. I had to wait for about an hour to get my car back. The car was a SUV to be specific, it was a Range Rover LWB. all I needed was a quick wash that wouldn't take more than 20 minutes. There were about 4 cars in front of me before my car could get washed. After paying and waiting for around 15-20 minutes, I saw 4 other cars and one small SUV that had arrived after me getting done with their wash and getting vacuumed. I asked a worker and he said the car was coming and to wait. After another 30-40 minutes of waiting, I went to the cashier to ask why my car wasn't ready. she had to call the manager and ask when the car wasn't ready going to be ready. whoever she talked to, told her that the car was getting vacuumed and getting tire shine when it wasn't on the receipt nor on the windshield when they use chalk to write on it. She told me the car was ready but the car was still not fully dried. I don't understand why they left my car to be washed last? If you are looking for a quick wash for your I guess large SUV, Do Not Come Here. You will be wasting your time. I usually come here to get a quick wash if Fasching's car wash is taking their lunch break. I have my cars detailed once a week but if they get bird poop or they get noticiable dirt early in the week, I take them to this 2 car washes. After this experience, I'll rather wait for Fasching's lunch break to be over and wait 10-12 minutes for my car to get washed and vacuumed. Their break is from 12:30 -1:30 if you ever want to visit that place. It's located on Santa Anita Ave and E Colorado Blvd across from In-N-Out. There was soap residue left all over the exterior, so I basically had to wipe the entire car down after the service. The interior was even worse. The interior dressing was over-applied, leaving the doors drenched and greasy, and it wasn't evenly applied at all. Drove up to the kiosk where you get to choose what option yourself without an attendant. I chose the single wash Platinum VIP which was $16 -- not that cheap but pretty standard price. Got to the start of the tunnel where usually they prewash your car, although this time I had only 1 guy who just sprayed my car for a few seconds and sent me through the tunnel already. Finished the tunnel, but noticed at the end where the machine typically blow dries your car, my car came out soaking wet from all the windows. When I went to park to vacuum, I noticed the machine actually did not do a good job of drying most of my car. Luckily I had a microfiber towel in my trunk and in which I had to give it a good sweep. Side note, these vacuums were one of the strongest vacuums I've ever used in any drive through car wash. It was so strong I accidentally sucked up one of my USB cables straight from its port and couldnt retrieve it back. Might have been more of my fault though for not paying attention to where I was vacuuming. Be warned for your small and loose items. Overall, not the best drive through car washes I've been to. But also, it was a pretty quick in and out so I guess I can't really complain much.

The wash did as much as it could, I think I need to give it a good scrub on the side as it was still not as clean as I'd like. There were two workers there to assist you on selecting your wash options. Prescrub before entering helps get some of the dirt off. The Vacuums were not as sucky as Buddy the Elf would like. Drop off was super easy- left my car around 9am and was able to pick it up at 1pm. I had just been camping and so I knew I had a decent amount of sediment inside. On the inside, you can purchase car cleaning supplies which was really cool. After the detail, my car looked nearly new! There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. This is exactly the reset my car needed. Will definitely be back!
