I ordered via door dash. The owner called me and told me that we were too far. We are 4 miles away he said 8 miles. I explained that we had ordered delivery many times from this location. The owner cut me off and told me that I definitely never got delivery from them, basically calling me a liar when I have the history in my phone. My husband was upset by the way I was treated and called the store. He explained that we ordered many times including football season orders of $200+ dollars and never had an issue with delivery. The owner was aggressive,rude, and ultimately told my husband to go F himself. Really! Yes my husband was upset and not at his best, but a business owner calling a customer a liar and worse telling my husband to come to the store and handle it "like a man". Totally unacceptable and scary. I am considering contacting authorities as we were threatened. Very sad situation, we just wanted a pizza delivered while we decorated our tree with the kids. Was in the are from nyc.. ordered a plain pie wich was 16.99.. paid with my cc . N 71 cent was added as svc fee.. i called the pizzeria to ask was that was and the guy told me that it was a service fee for paying with a cc.. he said everyone those it.. i told him no they dont i live in manhattan and they dont do that.. he try to explain it to me comparing it to when you get gas at the pump and they want more for cc than cash.. the difference is that at the pump it tells you you will be charged more if you choose cc.. at no point was i told i was going to pay more.. i am not broke or poor i just dont like to be taken advantage off nor do i like to be ripped off.. buyer beware.. plus i know how the credit card fees work the store is charged a certain amount monthly that is previously agreed upon.. and thats an expense that said store or restaurant is willing to take on.. its very unfortunate that the owner of this stablishment feels is ok to charge people more$$$ without first telling them.. if they had told me i would of paid cash.. would i be wrong if i reported this to the better bussiness bureau.. sir stop ripping people off.. you are making close to 1$ per transaction.. if you make 1000 transactions.. you made 1000$ when it dosent cost you that to operate.. you get 1 star for being a thief and having deceptive tactics.. read more

I'm from Upstate NY so my expectations for chicken wings may be a bit high. Looked at Yelp and since it was close to hotel I thought why not. These are not chicken wings as one would expect of traditional wings. These are very small wings breaded and greasy fried. They were not tossed in sauce but rather the sauce was straight up Franks in a mini tub. A couple were burned and uneatable and put aside. I also had a slice which was on point and saved my meal. If you are expecting a traditional buffalo chicken wing move along, you won't get satisfaction here. read more

Been coming here a few years, by far my favorite pizza place around the area. I honestly think they have the best sauce, and that makes their pizza and pasta so much better than everyone else. My personal favorites are their marinara slice, and penne alla vodka, always awesome. If your having the penne alla vodka, dine in, you want it piping hot and be ready to share, you get a lot! We order pizzas, heroes, salads, calzones, and pasta, and everything is fresh, delicious, and good. We were devastated when Francos closed for a few days and we had to order from another pizza place nearby- they were not half as good, and charged more. Came here one night because of the amazing reviews I saw on yelp. We ordered a large plain and a pepperoni. It looked delicious and was really excited to try it. To my surprise, the pizza was extremely doughy and floury. The cheese slid down my slice and the rest of my group also could not finish their slices. So far it's been the worst pizza I've ever tried. I will never come back here again not just because of the pizza but also because of the unfriendly person at the counter who continually gave us suspicious looks #notwhite. Franco's never disappoints. My favorite has always been their chicken parm and this time I decided to try the chicken marsala - and it is by far the best I have ever had!! We also ordered tortellini with vodka sauce and it was delish! The tortellini was cooked to perfection. I can't wait to go back for more of that marsala - it's my new favorite and I'm definitely addicted. Their new location is absolutely beautiful with a nice amount of tables if you decide to dine in and everyone there is so nice and friendly! Growing up in Nanuet there was only one pizzeria we went to but after seeing the yelp reviews, we found a gem. I guess this is basic stuff but 1) pizza is just awesome - believe it or not the other places in Nanuet have burned stains and taste in the crust, the pizza is cut all the way through rather then having to recut it, the taste is great. Can't believe I paid 2.79 for the worst slice I've ever had in my life. They gave me the wrong change and denied it first off, took customers that came after me before me, my slice that was already prepared took 20 minutes to warm up, and to top it off, they gave me the wrong order which I didn't notice until I got home, starving and excited about my pizza. We've lived in Nanuet for 5 years and this is still the only place we get pizza regularly. In addition to a super friendly staff, we've never ordered something here we didn't like. She goes "go to see Franco " and I said, that place is great. I remember them from the 80s when I was slinging drinks at Rick's. Drive over - same location on 59, same great slice of pizza. I was not disappointed, it was late and owner gave me some options of slices that were left before they closed in 10 minutes. Came here on a whim with my family while shopping in the area one Sunday afternoon. We instantly noticed the pizza specials the minute we walked in and decided to take that route. We ended up ordering a rice ball which was delicious, it came in a bowl with some sauce underneath it which I have never seen presented that way before, but it was great after making a mess with the rice ball lol. I got a white slice which I think needed a little something more to add to the flavor a bit, but still good! I also had a chicken-vodka slice which was delicious I loved that the pizza had a nice crispy, yet fluffy crust. It had been a while since I had a proper slice I think lol. I also liked that they sold individual bottles of wine and other types of alcohol, I should of had one that day but passed, next time! My only quam was to just keep the bathroom a little cleaner. I mean I know its a pizzeria, but I think that would just make for a nicer experience while dining there.
