I don't usually write reviews but I received amazing service at this location of America's Tires, it couldn't go unnoticed. I was in the shop twice this week for a repair & then ended up just purchasing a new set of tires but they were helpful from the second I walked in the door. Andy took the time to answer all of my questions & even provided me with a few options. Once my new tires came in, I was in & out with everything already clearly laid out in my account so I didn't even have to tell them what I was needing or had ordered. I hate buying new tires but they helped make the experience so quick & easy! read more

I'll be honest, I am very frustrated with this location as of now. I came in with an appointment at 9:30am and they didn't even pull my truck in until approximately 70-75 minutes later. I was told when they checked me in that I would be out of here in about 45 minutes. I don't think they should help walk-ins before appointments and that was clearly happening. I am giving five stars because the gentleman that helped me initially was so kind. Other than that, this experience is disappointing. read more

Do NOT go here! I've been taking my car here for 5 years and having to replace my tires every year. I went to another tire shop and they told me the reason my tires were always needing replacement was because they had the wrong size and they weren't putting enough air and kept the tires on low air so that the tire wears out faster. Now, it all makes sense why I was having to replace them every year with them. They are crooks I will never take my car back to them! They also took my sons 4 new tires and when I asked for them they said they had already had them picked up. They stole my son's tires. This business is unethical. read more

Initially, I had a good experience. I first went to Leon's for used tires and one blew out after a few miles. AAA towed my car to this America's Tire overnight. Ernie and the team gave good customer service to start with, though I did have to come back a second time for a rebalance. UPDATE: My opinion has completely changed and I am incredibly frustrated. After just a few hundred miles of normal commuting to work, I checked my wheels at the gas station. The adhesive wheel weights they installed for the balance are already loose and wiggling when I touch them with my fingernail. This means the technician was lazy and didn't bother to clean the dirt off the rims before sticking the weights on, so the adhesive is already failing. This is unacceptable. This will now be my THIRD trip to this specific store (and my fourth tire shop visit overall) just to get a standard set of new tires safely installed and balanced. It is absolutely unheard of to have to return to a shop this many times for basic tire service. It honestly makes me question the quality control here and why I am receiving such sloppy treatment. read more

The service here was top notch! I knew I would need a new set of tires soon, as it's been 2 years since I last replaced them. I originally spoke with Sean L. over the phone (from the Hemet location), and he was able to give me a quote for all 4. However, the tires I needed were not in stock there. He then referred me to this location in Murrieta. I called the Murrieta store and made an appointment that same morning for 10 am. I walked in right on time, but there were a few parties ahead of me, so I wasn't checked in until maybe 10 minutes later. No biggie. Raymond helped me out and he was very thorough and friendly. The quote I was given was a lot lower than what I had expected to pay, but he explained that there was a small discrepancy since Sean didn't actually see my tires beforehand. After all was said and done, I was 100% satisfied with what I paid. Even my boys at you know where (lol) couldn't beat the price I paid here, even with the adjustment. Every other place I called quoted me twice as much!! I got the same brand, but the newer edition, which has an even better warranty: 60k miles vs. the 50k on my old set. Totally winning!! The work was fast. I was catching up on Yelp reviews for maybe a half hour before Raymond came in and told me BB was done. WOW!! These guys work hard and fast, and they were pretty busy on a Thursday morning! I highly recommend America's Tire for your tire needs. Their professionalism, prices, and quality of work is excellent. Tom needs a raise. Not only did he swap out a busted tire for a new one, he swapped anxiety for relief and did it all with a smile. I called late in the day when my tire had an issue and I was hundreds of miles from home, Tom went out of his way even staying late with his coworker Kenneth to make sure I got a new tire on my car to get home safely-- a man of his word. Well... I did it! I got new tires. A light flashed on my dash, warning me that the pressure was low in my tires. The tires were 6 plus years old, showing cracks, despite the tread being good. I had to do it. I had to break down and get new tires. I made an appointment. Advisable. This is a busy place. I should have asked the name of the guy who helped me! Darn, I didn't. He was soo great. He went through my options and questioned me on our driving habits. If our car is on the freeway a lot, it would make a difference. Good to know. Together, the sales guy and I, decided on a good tire for my price range. I had taken our little dog Keiki with me. He's being socialized. Anyway, we were told to sit and wait till the new tires were put on. I was AMAZED at how FAST they were! Totally amazed and happy. Another guy came out of the garage area, called my name and told me he'd be bringing my car by the door. And just like that, my little dog and I were off! Mega happy with this place. Do yourself a favor and get the tire certificate for around $10-20 a tire, they patch for free and if they can't patch or repair the tire, they replace it for free. I've used it more than I can count. They also patch all tires for free. If you have an appointment, you're in and out rather fast. And the staff are friendly and helpful. read more

Unfortunately I got a flat whilst travelling and happened to call America's Tire to see if they stocked the tyre I needed. Paul was fantastic, confirming that they had them and scheduling a fit time that should work with the expected tow truck arrival. When I got to America Tire, Paul had seen the tow truck arrive and came out to meet me. I was earlier than anticipated but he sorted everything out and got me on my way as quickly as possible. I want to share what great service I received today from America's Tire. The company offers free tire pressure checks. You pull up and the technician, my technician Matt today, will check all 4 tires & your spare. It was noted that 3 weeks ago my pressure was low on back passenger tire. Side note, for those that are in a hurry, you don't even have to get out of your car and the technician will share and send you the information about what he or she saw. I was able to make an appointment right after the tire pressure checks and Matt & staff found a small leak in that right back passenger tire which was caused by a metal piece. They patched and sealed it and did not charge me. Free... what! With the guarantee that my repaired tire would last as long as my other 3 tires, with normal wear. If you purchase tires from America's tire, I highly suggest you get the warranty because they take very good care of you, if there is any tire issues. read more

Came in to get my tire fixed due to what I thought was a small leak. Turns out that I needed 2 new front tires. I was already having a rough few weeks and hearing that I needed new tires was something that I wasn't expecting. I even started crying. Grant was the salesperson that was helping me and even though I was upset, he was honest about my tires and told me the price. I started crying again and asked if there were any used tires. There was and he offered them to me which made the price drop tremendously!
