Let's start off with customer service in the front, Connie who helped us out was so amazing, sweet and very knowledgeable. I received a free full inspection will my oil change and anything they find that may need attention, they send you a link so you can see every thing that was checked and passed and on the things that need attention they send you pictures. They dont beat around the bush, if there's something that may need attention but something thats not so serious that it has to be done NOW, they are straight out and let you know! My brakes were having issues. I called early in the week and made an appointment for Friday. Dropped my car off 8am and it was ready for pick up by 12:30pm. Front office was very friendly. We have used MTA several times before and I always keep forgetting to leave them a review. But after today I feel like they deserve a glowing and absolutely amazing review. I had dropped off my husband's F150 truck to Ford last Thursday for an oil change. The mechanic there told me that he had a coolant leak and several other things that I had told him to contact my husband about. We were headed to go camping on Friday so we were a little concerned. My husband had contacted Rocky and told him that we needed to be seen as soon as possible after we came back so he got us in on Monday morning. All weekend on our camping trip it did not seem like a coolant was leaking at all so when I had brought in the truck to Rocky and explain to him what had happened he told us not to worry and that he will take care of it. After about two hours there he had called my husband back and told him that they did all the tests and there was no leakage of the coolant at all. So I went to pick up the truck, and he did not charge us at all! Ford was going to charge me almost $200 to possibly diagnose if there was a coolant leak!!! We really appreciate everything that MTA has done for us. We are definitely going to only see Rocky from now on. He is definitely an honest business and it's not out there just to take our money! read more

This is supposed to be a tire shop. I called to see if they could put some air in the tires on our motorhome because they are a little low. Right away I got the "attitude". The tires need about 100 lbs of pressure. Maximum is 110. This guy tells me they don't have the ability to put over 80 lbs in a tire. Now I know that is just a lot of BS. Elsinore Tire is a little longer drive and they have provided service and tires for our motorhomes over the years, looks like that is the place to go. The only conclusion I can draw is that the guy who answered the phone had no business doing so. Sorry, they won't get my business. It isn't that I'm not willing to pay for the service!! read more

These guys are top notch with service and customer care. They have done some fast, quality work on my RAM 2500 with great support. The sensor they installed was giving me issues two days later, so they happily looked at it with no labor cost. They texted me a link that explained everything that needed replacement, repair, or concern, along with full prices for parts and labor. I then decided what things I wanted to be done. Took it in for oil change and asked to check my front brake. Oil change was fine and front brake did not need replaced. They did recommend a new serpentine belt that I authorized. They do a great job and only recommend and do work that is necessary. They do not try and upsell you. I called Murrieta Tire & Auto on Monday (8/28) to set up an appointment for a wheel alignment. Connie took my call and said the earliest she could get me in was Wednesday (8/30) at 1:30. It was an inconvenient time for me, but I needed to get it done, so I rearranged my schedule to be able to make the appointment. She said it would take around 45 minutes for my car, so I assumed I would wait for 1 hour. I went over there today (8/30) at 1:10 and spoke to the guy who was NOT Rocky. He first of all started being really snarky and talking to me like I was an idiot questioning me as to why I thought I needed an alignment, what is the car doing, like I just run around making up stuff to do to my car??? I nicely explained that I had air put in the tires and the guys recommended I get a wheel alignment as my tires were wearing unevenly. He then started saying how backed up they are because of the heat and that it would take a while as they had others waiting. I told him I had an appointment and was going to have to wait for the car. I told him what Connie said and he said, "I don't know why she would have told you only 45 minutes", like I was lying or something. He then said I have to go look at your car because if the tires are too bad, we can't do an alignment until you get new tires - like he was literally looking for an excuse to tell me he couldn't do an alignment. He came back and said your tires are from 2019 and good, so they actually could do an alignment. But then he went back to making excuses about being behind, etc. He said the mechanic probably couldn't even get to my car until maybe 2pm or so and probably wouldn't be done until 5pm. I told him I could not wait around until 5pm so I would have to reschedule. He said the earliest appointment with my car being first because I wanted to wait, would not be until next week, Thursday or Friday. Quite frankly at that point, I was done being nice and told him I would get back to him. I sent an email to Rocky the owner, and he wrote back and said it was very hot and that I was the one being rude and that I should find another place to take my car.
