I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

No more frying eggs on the concrete floor! I was very very happy with the service I received from this company. Joe, the manager, and Rick design rep, Darrin construction manager, Andrea production coordinator, Dianna sales coordinator, and others that came to do the work on site, were all professional and a real blessing in getting my new patio cover designed and put together with the features I wanted. The crew that worked on site demonstrated much care and passion in the work they did. The crew took time to answer my questions and even made a video on my phone so I could remember how the wiring was done for my patio light and fan. I have gutters on each side and also had outlets put in. Today the temperature in my backyard in the sun is 102°F. In the shade of my Avocado tree the temp is 96°F. The ambient temperature under my insulated patio cover is 84°F!! That's an 18 degree difference! The company responded quickly to my initial call and once material was in, had the work completed within 2 days. They took down and removed the old cover, prepped the areas needed, and cleaned up afterwards. Out of all the companies I met with, Skyline Sunrooms came out as my top choice. We could not be happier with the quality, design, look (very modern) and the whole process. To start, Todd, the owner & CEO, was so responsive, professional and helpful. He came out personally to measure and examine our space. We had installed a CabanaX on our great room patio and needed it moved to our deck before the new structure could be built - he assured us that they could handle it. We upgraded to the walnut louvers which looks so realistic! The upgraded louvers also are impressive because they are flat and fit together in a tongue and groove almost beadboard style which makes the wood look real without the typical curve found on louvers. This has made the structure flow from our house in such a way that it feels like an entire extension of our house. We feel like our Great Room is now also the patio and it just flows. The ability for them to attach the structure to our house on two sides and then use a double thick beam that can extend the 27' with only one column post is significant for making the space feel open and usable. Not having multiple posts or columns is a game changer. The way that Outdoor Elements can work with you to design a structure that meets your needs and then exceeds your expectations is commendable. There is no other company that can offer this level of customization, personalization, quality, and customer service. We reviewed all the competitors and got bids from all of them before going forward with Outdoor Elements and our research proved to be correct and helped us make the best decision that we will enjoy for many years to come. We went through one of the atmospheric river rains and were so shocked how much the structure exceeded our expectations - all of our furniture that was underneath the structure stayed dry! The gutters work splendidly. We often dealt with our furniture needing to still be hosed down after being under our Cabanas so this was a big win. The quality of Outdoor Elements compared to Struxure is top-notch and so remarkable. We had invested in the CabanaX's by Struxure and while we do like them we had hesitated with Struxure because they didn't have the finishes and details we wanted. I am so thankful that we waited until we found Outdoor Elements who delivered a structure that is so much more functional, elegant, seamless and with all of the finishes we had hoped for! The LED lights are bright and even dimmable, the LED color uplights are so fun and allow you to trick out your structure in any color of your choice. The other significant difference and major improvement - the app! The Outdoor Elements app works really well. We can use it easily from our phones and not just rely on a remote. The installer was Jamie and he was thorough, detailed and responsive. He has a great understanding of building and was even able to disassemble, move, cut down to size and reassemble our CabanaX to our deck. We now have finished out our outdoor backyard space in a way that we want to use daily. I know this structure was an investment that will continue to give us dividends. The size is about 9 ft x 20 ft ahead if schedule. Great. The work took about 4 to 5 hours including demo The work was very good and it looks very nice. They built my sons patio cover and he referred them to me. Minor issue: the round column head and bottom are same piece. At the bottom one side is colored yellow and I had to asked it be painted which took 20 minutes. On the whole, they did a very good job and the price is lower It also included light fixtures.
