I wanted the mulch removed and replaced with stone. He came right out, gave me a bid which I accepted. I needed HOA approval which would be obtained in 2 wks but Alex did not want to put me on the schedule till the approval. Once that was approved, he said it would be 2 wks and he would be starting my project. That was 5 wks ago. I spoke with him once since and he said that he would call a few days before starting. That was, again, a few weeks ago. I texted him a week ago and called again today asking for a call back but got no response on either. I got other bids but I had already notified them that I was going with someone else so Mr. Menedez has left me in a bind and I am at a loss as to why he said that he was booked 2 wks out when CLEARLY that was NOT the case. Honesty is always the best policy as far as I am concerned. I would not recommend this business based on my experience as noted.

I researched like mad on Google, Homeadvisor, you name it & the ones that were "available" within a week or so - were either $$$$ (price gouging), had no or poorer reviews, or no response when contacted. I saw all the great reviews for Sunny Sometimes Softwash & Tyler on Google & HomeAdvisor and thought there would be know way he would be able to help me within a week because his reviews seemed too good to be true. Thankfully, I was wrong. He responded to me quickly and luckily he said he could not guarantee the exact day he could be there in the next week, as he would make the effort to work me in after the other jobs. He also answered my questions and thoroughly explained the process. Plus, he quoted me a standard (not price-gouging!) price for the work. Not only was he true to his word by coming 3 days later. He let me know he was there and shot a photo of the roof as process was in place. My real estate agent was absolutely delighted with the quality of the work and even asked for his cards. He had multiple ways to pay when job was finished (I did Quickpay). All-in-all - the whole process from 1st phone call, to getting job done, to payment exceeded my expectations. 5 star's all the way around!!!!!!!!!!!! (I already reviewed in 2 other sites but wanted to give him his 1st YELP review :-)

They would get the 5 stars, but not the way they handled this issue.
