We had him clean out the system and check all the components for $200 since the system hasn't been touched for 6 years. M&S Air conditioning…read more One morning, my Mitsubishi whole-house thermostat displayed a "Replace Me" message. Since Mitsubishi and M&S are affiliated, I decided to go with M&S for the repair, as their parts are covered under a 12-year warranty. When I called "Amanda," their AI receptionist scheduled an "emergency" house call which wasn't for 7 days. Great! I informed her that the issue was the thermostat and requested that she have the technician bring the replacement part. However, the technician arrived at the end of the scheduled period on a Friday afternoon without the part. I rescheduled with "Amanda," but the next scheduled repair never materialized. After I made another call, they informed me that the part was not in stock. On the third appointment, the technician finally arrived at the end scheduled time with the part. He installed it in just 22 minutes, with a labor charge of $418. The technician also broke a fastener reinstalling the cover to the unit and taped it shut. Despite the inconvenience and the fact that M&S is a "Diamond" dealer for Mitsubishi, I will regrettably never use this company again.
