A casual vibe, great place for beer and a group happy hour…read more Every time I come here I am amazed at how much fun it is and what a great draft selection they have. Walk in and there are plenty of tables, a couple of gathering areas, standing room narrow tables, an outdoor area, and a room off to the side. I went for the Logboat Dark Matter which I have had before in a can and wanted to try on draft. I enjoyed it very much. You know what is great?! Since they don't have food, you can bring it in yourself. Both times our group has met up here Katie's Pizza is the choice and its in the same parking lot. You can't go wrong with Katie's. Bartender is on the ball and friendly, TV's all around, not too loud so you can talk. Wednesday nights they have Trivia and I stayed for the first round, it was very current for the current event category. Get a pizza from Katie's, go here, have a beer, have fun!

We had 10 and we were able to sit around the long stationary table in the middle of the room. Global Brew Tap House does not charge for the event room. They ask for reservations and for the attendees to patronize the bar. Perfect for a meeting or a book club. I had a couple of beers. Wide selection of local and popular craft beers . Bartender was friendly and offered to keep a tab. Lots of parking. Loved this place!

Located in a strip mall, with plenty of open parking. We were immediately greeted by both staff and patrons - samples were as free-flowing as the conversations. The sour was incredibly unique with notes of honey. If you are a bit more DIY, they offer classes and supplies for you to create at home. The decor matches the name & we couldn't pass up taking a BA Stout with us to visit the fam.

Relaxed casual ambience, come meet friends for a cold one if you're a beer fan, or talk to the owners for insights on their beers or biz. Service was friendly and prompt, just belly up to the bar or order at counter and sit at a table. Overall, 4+ rated experience, but only for drafts and takeout beer, no food. Reasonably priced pints, and they accept Craft-tapped app. Today we enjoyed their signature hazy IPA, Constant Clockwork (44 IBU, 6.6 ABV), really good local brew! And since we were headed to KY, we got takeout (25oz) on their version of "Show Me Kentucky" (20 IBU, 5.8 ABV) common beer. Both were excellent and EZ to drink!! And our bartender was very conversational, fun and insightful. We did not order food today, but think they serve a few snacks or pizza. We'll come back again to try next time. Also, you can join their "club" as well as order your "custom, hand-made wooden stein" to keep on their shelf - not cheap tho. If you're looking for a good local brew spot, this one is definitely worth a visit! ENJOY!!

Cozy and inviting, a place you don't feel out of place (even for someone as socially anxious as I can be). Drink in the design, then chase it with a draught. I appreciate the constantly rotating selection of lagers and pilsners; each visit is a bit different, with five or six selections ranging from light lagers to hoppy pilsners and occasional baltic porters and cold IPAs. Half pours and slow pours are my favorite way to get the full experience at Little Lager. The bartenders are also very friendly and knowledgeable; I enjoy seeing the community they've created among regulars and I've learned a bit more about different beer styles and their serving methods on my stops in. I've personally recommended Little Lager to friends and coworkers, but there are a few things to keep in mind: the small space is not the best for a group happy hours, there isn't a kitchen to serve food (though they do allow outside food) , and there are very few options for non-beer drinkers (outside of a few packaged ciders, wines, and different ways to experience Chicago's infamous Malort). Beyond that, it's a laid-back spot to visit with one or two friends after work or to experience their regular collaborations with local breweries like Perennial and 2nd Shift. I've been a fan since my first visit, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

There's something that makes it so special being smaller and intimate. The ambiance reminded me a bit of Pagan Wine Bar, low lighting was probably it. They have a decent size draught list that features local breweries. It isn't overwhelming which I can appreciate. They also have packaged beer and cider, as well as wine. We even tried Malort gummy bears which weren't bad: the sweetness of the candy evens out the taste. Id definitely return!

Craft Beer - Chicken Wings - Tots…read more I'm a fan of Global Brew Tap House. In my opinion, they have the best wings in Edwardsville and beyond. I've tried multiple sauces and cannot pick a favorite, because they all make my tastebuds dance. Pairing the wings up with a cold craft beer and a side of tots makes for a great lunch, a treat for Happy Hour and a super dinner. I am a stickler for the quantity of my flats and drums being the same and GBTH always serves me matching numbers. The wings are always good sized, crispy and meaty. Again, they are the best wings I have had on the Eastside of the Mississippi. This August they are doing, Pawgust. When you buy a craft beer from Alaskan Brewing Co. a $1 from ever beer goes to Gateway Pet Guardians. I drank an extra beer on my last visit and I will make sure to go back a couple more times during August. I like it when I can eat, drink and raise monies for a dog charity all at the same time. I always sit at the bar and the service is attentive and friendly. If the bartenders are friendly, I can only assume the table servers are equally as good. If you want wings and a craft beer, Global Brew is where you need to go.

Tasty little Havana sandwich. Tots are good. pretzel in the background was hard and crusty, I wouldn't suggest it.
