It's a little hole in the wall joint, but it was a great experience for us! I got the spaghetti and meatballs, which came with a heaping portion of garlic bread and a side salad. I think we paid about $15 for all of my food and I DEFINITELY got my money's worth! My husband got the buffalo chicken personal pizza with white sauce and it was SO yummy! Pizza was good, i don't eat pizza unless it's from north jersey and I'm skeptical about new places, but it was good.

The food is good . The delivery guy is extremely nice . But it's frustrating when they mess up your order and will not fix it. I have been literally getting the same thing for months the same way. I ordered there at least three times a week but they need help with customer service and not fixing the problem. even when you tell them you are a loyal customer it does not matter. I have to say, I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now and it may have just been a rough day for them, but the food quality was just average at best. I had ordered a burger and stromboli, in which I very much appreciate the generous variety of food choices they offer, but they probably won't be ones I'd choose again. The burger was a bit dry, not much flavor besides the chipotle mayo which didn't taste all that fresh either, however, the avocado was a nice addition to it and added some much needed texture. The stromboli was not terrible by any means, it was cooked properly, a bit greasy as to be expected, but once again was just lacking on taste. I would also recommend picking your food up, because our delivery driver was not very professional. For some reason, I irritated him by taking five seconds to look at the three receipts stapled together. Sorry but when I leave a credit card tip over the phone, I want to make sure it's 100% accurate. To top it off, he was standing in my doorway without a mask. Some people deem themselves to be too important to be bothered, it's even more irritating to see it happening in a restaurant of all places. That is something that reflects on the management. To conclude, I can still see this place having potential and it does have it's pros, as the food is very well priced and like I stated previously, they have lots of options for everyone and even daily specials for the whole family. I will be back to give this establishment another shot, as I believe they deserve a second chance, but it will be some time before I order again. read more

I just paid $100 for dinner and right as I walk towards my kitchen with the bags one of the dinners falls right out of the bottom of the bag all over my floor. Frankie's torta is one of the best torta's I've had in the area. Great Mexican food, sopes, burritos, tacos. Pizza is tasty too. The front desk area doesn't have the greatest feng-shui or orderliness, but the seating area looks nice and I've only done pickup anyway, plus the tastiness of the food makes up for it. read more

I've been a customer of Frankie's for years now. I don't know if they've changed management and or cooks, but this was a bad couple of experiences, the past two times I ordered there. I have gotten the eggplant parm, many times in the past without incident, (take out), when I just want to go home and relax. The first bad order was because the pasta being cut up into small pieces. Who breaks spaghetti into small pieces??? When I ordered again (tonight) I explained about the broken spaghetti, thinking they would make up for it, but they didn't. So, I brought my food home and just wanted to enjoy my meal, but as soon as I saw it was the wrong pasta and part of the eggplant was too well done I called Frankie's. The manager (Missy) didn't get in the phone but after I was offered my meal to be to be credited next time, by the woman who took the order, Missy wouldn't honor that, and said they would make a note about the pasta for the future. I know I'm rambling, but I'm so frustrated after paying full price for 2 lousy meals. Next time I'll get my take out from Cousin Mario's, which is 2 miles down the road on Rt 40. I've never had an issue there, but I usually eat in there because of the friendly staff and great service, and nice atmosphere and excellent food. Never a problem! If Frankie's would have credited my meal, I would probably not have written this long, bad review about Frankie's ll. Shame on them for their mishandling of the whole situation. Don't take a chance on this hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Poor management, bad food. Don't waste your time! read more

The food is good. Awesome tacos. I only gave 3 stars because they are soooo slow. If you pick up your food make sure to add 15 minutes to whatever time they tell you. We stopped coming for a while because we always have to wait. They say 25 minutes and it's always 45. They have also gave our order twice to other customers. They would not even say sorry or offer you a free drink. But the food is good. read more

My wife and I stopped by on a drive back from the shore, we stopped and had the "grandmas pizza" it was the best slice I've ever had and that's saying something. walked into frankies to pick up my pizza and noticed the incredibly rude counter girls not wearing ANY face masks which are REQUIRED during this pandemic along with no gloves. I asked why no one had any one and she stated they do in the back. I looked in the back to find the cooks not wearing masks or gloves and told her I can clearly see them not wearing either. she flat out IGNORED ME!! I then asked to speak w the boss and she said he was busy (he was right behind her ignoring me as well) I left, called and asked to speak w the manager, she said she was the manager and that she already told me "the deal". I asked to speak w the boss and was hung up on. Ordered from here once, the pizza delivery was fairly quick. Food was average, ordering online is always a great feature for a business to have nowadays. Unfortunately, their delivery guy is what really took the stars down on this place. Pizza was decent but service sucks. Wings aren't good and delivery takes forever. One time the lady gave me the wrong change and wouldn't fix it. Regardless, if it was less than a dollar she wouldn't even recognize that she was wrong and she was so rude. I ordered a meatball parm sub that had barely any sauce on it and was served in a Styrofoam contain. The cheesesteak sub was no better. I had the chicken saltimbocca and it was very very good. It came with homemade pasta...whatever you want fetticcini penne, cappellini, linguini, whatever you want and ALL the past is home made. So very fresh and delicious. I went off my no carb diet for this one, It would simpley be a dirty down right shame to not eat the pasta. If you are gonna consume carbs and cals, it better be worth it and this was definiteley. And the best thing is that they deliver, who the heck delivers specialty food like saltimbocca??? Who even OFFERS saltimboca, anymore???? they gave me HUGE family style portions. One AMAZING thing was that the salad (not the side salad that comes with but the LA CASA salad I think) came with these peppers these cherry pepper, green stuffed with cheese that was wrapped with prociutto. It was kinda thicker cut then the paper thin prosciutto that costs you $12-$16 a pound, So I couldnt get over the deliciousness of these peppers ..I need more peppers in my life.....they gave you like 8 of em, and so I said to my cousin, what kind of cheese is this? because i plan on making these babies at home...Im thinkin we dont have this cheese where I live. She says mozerell...why did I not recognize??? because its 100% WHOLE milk, not that skim crap. And the BEST thing of all. Im not kidding was the homemade cannolllis. These were the BEST BEST BEST cannollis you will EVER have, so damn creamy, with the choc chips I went off my diet F#$ck it....this is worth it.
