Saturday night 6:00pm we are the only people here. The one server is funny and kind cool. Joann's is a nice place with soft music, but it's a bit bright and gives off a Dinner vibe. We don't mind being the only ones in a restaurant. In fact our favorite Mexican restaurant was like that for months until someone started Yelping about how good the food is. Started off with a can of Coke and a salad with not so great Caesar dressing. Again the salad was nothing special again like a Diner. My wife had the Manicotti and she liked it. The Son's Eggplant Rotini just "okay". On the other hand my Chicken Parm was fine I guess but nothing to put it apart from others. Have had Joann's multiple times. Have had their lobster ravioli, another type of pasta that I can't remember and of course their pizza! Ordered pizzas to go for my boyfriend's birthday as it's his favorite pizza and it did not disappoint. Ordered a white veggie pie with garlic and added pineapple. Absolutely delicious! First, they make the best pizza in the area. Full stop. The crust is 5-star, and that's what makes great pizza. We have been frequenting JoAnn's for 20 years. The pasta is uniformly good, cooked just right, with delicious sauces ranging from the subtle and delicate white clam sauce to the hearty bolognese, among others. My husband raves about the French onion soup and also enjoys the veal dishes. The servers are friendly and personable, as are the owners. Such nice people! Yes, it can be quiet, but we enjoy being able to hear our friends! And you will most probably ask for a refill of the yummy, complimentary garlic bread. read more

Was here for a party and it was terrible. Smelled like an elderly person's closet. Was super cheap with every thing even napkins. We asked for napkins and they bring 1 napkin.. there was 15 of us lol what are we going to do pass it around? Food is good, however, the prices on their website menu are NOT the prices you are charged when you go to pickup your order the prices are different. 2 @ $13.95 and 1 @ $16.95 does not come out to nearly $60! Unfortunately our recent takeout order was beyond disappointing in portion size. $40 for three salads and a veggie sub. The salads looked like side salads that should have been half the price. Our Joann's salad had one tiny chunk of tomato and two cucumbers. The amount of chicken in the salad, and the 2 Ceasar salads we got was very minimal as well. We heard their portions sizes had dramatically decreased but we figured we'd give it a shot anyway. Will definitely not be returning...what a bummer! read more

Was skeptical at first as the parking lot had only two cars in it. We (wife and I) walk in no one in the dining room -- now I'm really nervous. We sit down -- waitress comes over -- very friendly -- we order 2 cokes, and 2 French onion soups -- simply put the soup was great -- next came the house salad -- get the house vinegarette dressing! We order the veal Marsala - best decision we've ever made. It was truly amazing! Might be the best veal I've ever had. Tender, big portions-- served over homemade angel hair pasta! Went for the first time tonight because my parents had a gift certificate and we were delightfully surprised. A delicious French Onion Soup and salads to start and the portions were plentiful (we took some home) for very affordable prices. All of their pasta is homemade and worth the wait. This place never looks like its open, but the sign is usually on when I drive by. I ate here once for lunch with some people who said it was good. They claimed that people came all the way from Vineland to eat here. I had pasta primavera, and I could tell all the vegetables were either canned pizza toppings or frozen. Canned mushrooms, pickled sweet peppers etc. Horrible, would never go back. The place is deserted, it's a miracle they are still open, unless it's a front. read more

If I could, I would rate it 0 stars. Absolutely Horrible!!!! Food was disgusting, service was slow and horrible, they charge a lot for small portion of food that tasted bad, they charge for water with a tiny slice of lemon ($1.25!!). I would never ever go again. We were the only people in the entire restaurant and now I know why. They should just close their doors and give up. They have no idea how to cook or serve people. Dinner cost $88 dollars for 3 people (3 basic entrees, 1 app, 1 desert). I don't mind paying the price for great food, but not when the food portions and taste were horrible. I went here with my brother and my grandmother. Eh, nothing special about this place. There was barely anybody in the restaurant that night but us and 3 other families. We ordered drinks and they came out flat. Then comes dinner, we ordered a pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni. When it came out, the crust was rock hard and the bottom was thin. The service was great, our waitress was very very nice to us, no problem with refills or getting the check. Would I come here again? If they spruced up their preparation of food, then yes I would, but for now, no. read more

I ordered take-out-spagetti w/meat sauce, steamed broccoli w/olive oil and garlic, and a caesar salad. The spagetti was home-made and the sauce was excellent. However, it could have used just a tiny bit more sauce. The broccoli was steamed and seasoned just right. The caesar salad was fresh and crispy with fresh grated italian cheese and homemade dressing. The croutons were forgotten, but the overall salad made up for it. It was so, so good. In the past, we have ordered pizza here. Margarita pie is really good. read more

This is an extraordinary restaurant. I've been here multiple times and the service is excellent. I think its adorable that they have a family portrait. On my visits I have gotten the gnocchi's, garlic knots, broccoli and cheese pizza, and baked ziti. The waitress was younger then i expected but did a good job and was polite. They never failed to amaze my taste buds. The music when you walk in is very nice. Also, the inside is elegant and clean. I will definitely be there again. read more

This was the worst dining experience I have had in a very long time. The establishment was clean & comfortable with no other customers. I visited on July 17 2013 Wednesday evening at about 5pm with my mother. The sauteed clam appetizer was unedible, made with low quality clams that were fishy & sandy accompanied by a bland sauce. My salad was a tiny bread plate of wilted lettuce. For being the only customers there, our meals took a while to be prepared. My mother ordered french onion soup & eggplant rollatini which she felt were both average & commented the pasta sauce tasted as if it were spiced up out of a can. And the best for last, my meal, veal saltimboca, which was advertised in the menu as being topped with prosciutto came out with capicola ham on it. I am confident I know the difference between the two. I cook as a hobbey, my father was a chef & owned his own restaurant for 20 years, so I was shocked when I sent it back & the owner/cook insisted it was prosciutto. So I just ordered spaghetti & meatballs after that. The meatballs were barely warm, the sauce was very watery, and the pasta overcooked. Needless to say we will not be returning again. read more
