I picked it up and paid the $200 diagnosis fee no problem, so that I could take it to the collision shop to have it covered by insurance since we had recently hit a deer. The collision shop tells me there's nothing wrong with it. He drove it around all morning and apologized that he couldn't replicate my issue and that the hub bearing and alignment was perfect (we also just had new tires put on last week). I call winners circle back just to ask about it, I explain the situation, the woman says she will go talk to them.. and immediately hangs up on me. I call back and no one answers. I contact sales.. the man assures me that my other mechanic is not reputable and all the other mechanics are wrong and they can't lead me astray (every dealership I've ever been to leads me astray) despite explaining I'm a military wife with 3 children and a deployed husband and through tears- this man starts trying to sell me a new vehicle again. I didn't even want the $200 fee back. I just wanted to be told the truth that I had been deceived and taken advantage of. It was like talking to a brick wall. I'll never do business with this dealership again. I warn others not to trust their schemes. I have documentation and photos proving I've been lied to and they just told me to go to any other Chrysler dealership to get the same diagnosis - of course - there's notes on my VIN and they will all say the same thing. I know they say not to trust mechanics but what ever happened to good honest work? I'll be contacting the BBB.

Management Needs to Address This: Unresolved Maintenance Contract Refund…read more I am posting this because repeated phone calls, written cancellations, and months of leaving messages have gotten me nowhere with Winners Circle. I am asking management and the owners to finally take responsibility and resolve this matter. I purchased my vehicle from Winners Circle Dodge Jeep in Hampton, Virginia, in March 2023. At the time, I also purchased a maintenance contract for routine services such as oil changes. Winners Circle subsequently moved out of Hampton to Franklin, Virginia--approximately 120 miles away. I was not going to drive 120 miles for routine maintenance, so I contacted Winners Circle to cancel the maintenance contract. Here is where the problem began. I canceled the contract in writing--twice. When I followed up on my original cancellation, I was told Winners Circle had no record of it. I also discovered that when my vehicle was due for its first oil change, the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and maintenance contract no longer honored the contract. Therefore, I have paid for my vehicle's maintenance out of pocket from the beginning. I have never used a single dollar of this maintenance contract. Despite that, I have spent month after month trying to get the refund I am entitled to. I contacted EasyCare, which was involved with the contract, and was told that EasyCare issued a check for its portion of the refund in April 2025. I was provided with the check number, but I never received the money. I have dates, names, phone records, written cancellation requests, and messages documenting my attempts to get this resolved. I have repeatedly contacted the Winners Circle location in Franklin and left message after message asking management to address the situation. My calls have not been returned. This is unacceptable customer service. I am not asking Winners Circle to do me a favor. I am asking them to resolve a refund for a maintenance contract that I canceled and never used. I have been more than patient, and I should not have to spend countless hours chasing a company for money that is owed to me. To the owners and management of Winners Circle: Please look into this matter, contact me, and issue my refund. Maybe this is a small contract to Winners Circle. It is not small to me. I was a first-time car buyer when I purchased my vehicle, and I trusted Winners Circle to treat me fairly. At this point, I am posting this review because apparently repeated attempts to resolve this privately have not been enough. Winners Circle, please make this right.

The truck was dropped off after hours but we heard from Sean by 9am the next morning with a diagnosis. The truck brakes were replaced that same day. I had two new body panels for them to put on. After one year passed I was told more time was needed, and East Side Rides ended up asking for ~$30,000 in total. Another 2 years later, almost no work was done. They put on the body panels that I provided, but they were barely hanging on. I went around to many different local shops to find the right one. This shop claimed to believe in family values. How they handled the situation, and the end result was very disappointing. Avoid East Side Rides. I keep hearing other stories from people who have been screwed over by this shop, even years after this incident.
