Mark and his staff treated my small project as important and worthy of their close attention. They had a great range of carpet runners and advice for my installation so that once I finally made my selection, I was really confident in my choice. In the end, my total cost was $100 more than a big box store (initials HD) -- and the carpet quality was much, much better. The Churchill installation is what really blew me away -- Rosio and her team were true artists cleverly mitering the bordered runner to fit a multi-angled landing. Absolutely everyone who crosses my threshold says "Wow, you had that custom made, right?" Compare that to HD who sent an estimator who said he knew absolutely nothing about how they would deal with my unusually-shaped foyer. I also used Churchill for the flooring in 2 bathrooms -- they had a huge range of Marmoleum which is a great alternative to vinyl. Both of those installations were perfect as well.
