We agreed on the scope of work and the approximate estimate ( based on my calculations) and booked the service date. They arrived on the agreed date and time. We were able to conveniently book Stanley Steemer to come out within the hour of purchasing. We were literally pulling into our drive way, when Steve and Wiz arrived. Steve and Wiz took a look at the couches and let us know that they may not be able to fully remove all of the cat hair, but they would try their best. BEWARE OF STANLEY STEAMER! I had them come to clean wool carpeting in my primary bedroom. Their…read morepeople didn't know it was wool and used a chemical that browned out the carpeting in the entire room. They came back two time to try and fixed it to no avail. They have since refused to refund the $300 fee to ruin my carpet and they have refused to pay for my replacement carpet. The original carpet cost $9,590. The replacement carpet only cost $3,731.60. I am now forced to sue them for the replacement cost of the new carpet. Worst experience I have ever had!! No one should use this service. It has cost me over $4,000 and now a lot of aggravation to sue them for the money they cost me. UGH!!!
