After reading many reviews, we settled on Frank's because of other reviews AND because of the close proximity to my house. I'm so glad that we did. The constant communication, the friendliness of the staff and the level of service we received was amazing. Our car had medium damage to the right passenger door and to the right wheel. They not only fixed the door but repainted the back door as well so that it would all match. My car looked brand new and it only took 4 days. They kept me informed every step of the way via text message and they even gave my car a full car wash! It left their shop cleaner than when it went in. I'd absolutely use them again. Collision repair, they delayed the repairs on my car twice already because they got the wrong dam parts. This is far from being a good review. I've never been this dissatisfied with Franks Collision ever. But this time my experience is terrible. I'm in a rental, and Jordan at Franks said he would try to find a way to help me on this. I shouldn't have to pay more because they got the wrong part. That's their responsibility. Now they gone from completion date 07/14 to 07/18 to 07/23. They've had my car since the 29th of June. I believe if the time ever arises again where I would need a Body shop, I will shop around first and try to go some where else. God Bless everyone! read more

They need throughly check the cars before they give them back. Car stalled on me and died due to them not tightening a bolt on the battery of my jeep compass. Brought my vehicle in for a simple insurance job mostly cosmetic damage. Initially was told timeline would be a week which actually turned into two and upon receiving vehicle found an underlying safety issue was not repaired so had to return vehicle for what was supposed to be a one day fix by "reliable" third party which ended up turning into a two week repair again. Constantly had to bring car back and fourth as well as rented multiple rentals with the cost ended up exceeding far beyond the insurance deductible. Will definitely be choosing a new collision shop for any future work needed due to the lengthy inconvenience and unreliable timelines estimated by the shop estimator as well as all the run around. All in all was my second use of their service for body work and deeply disappointed in the quality of customer service. read more

Worst experience I've ever had with them. In the passed I was very satisfied dealing with Rudy, but this is not the same franks since he's left. Juan is incompetent and I literally had to do his job, the two weeks my truck was there he never called me once with any updates. They broke my truck disassembling it and tried to bill it to the insurance, when that didn't work they stopped working on my truck with no call to me. When I finally had enough and expressed to the manager Donny my displeasure he had 0 compassion and even refused to cover the part they broke even tho he finally admitted they were in-fact responsible for the damage after I showed him pictures I had and even seen pictures in their own file of before disassembly. I eventually decided to pick my truck up from them and fix it myself after weeks of being without my vehicle. Got my vehicle repaired here. First I came in for an estimate, Brandy did very quick estimate and did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. After making my apt. A deer hit my husbands brand new Truck on the front fender then flipped around and hit the rear fender! He didn't realize the extent of the damage until he tried to open his door and it was difficult to open because the door was bent. So he took the truck to Frank's after calling our insurance company, and of course the car rental company is right next door, so he got a rental. Within a few days, he got a call that his truck was ready! When he picked it up, they had cleaned his truck, inside and out. He is so happy with the work! We can't even tell the truck had damage! Brought them my Mother's 92 Mustang 5.0 to restore for her 50th birthday. They painted, replaced trim, lights, window motors, and repaired minor issues with the interior which I didn't even notice before. They even threw in a new battery free of charge! I had multiple quotes and they quoted within the expected range, and when the work was done, the total was almost exact that of their quote. My Mom cried when she saw the finished product (happy tears - the car has a lot of sentimental value). I think the techs actually had fun with this car because it wasn't the normal insurance job. I cannot believe no one has written a review for Frank's. I am so honored. They are so awesome! I recently got in an accident and bent my front bumper. My insurance company and dealership, who does not have a repair shop, recommended Frank's. My insurance gave me a check and told me to swing by to let them assess my vehicle. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Since I was still able to drive my vehicle, they told me they can order the parts by the next day and I can drop my car off in the morning, and my car would be ready by the afternoon. Sure enough that was how everything worked out, and my car actually had some damage underneath the bumper that they fixed within the time frame they promised me. I was completely satisfied with their service. I will definitely go back to Frank's for my future auto repairs. Their repairs comes with lifetime warranty. A+ in customer service!! Rudy was beyond helpful and professional in getting me back on the road. From the nice staff in the front to the customer service from Rudy - my overall experience was great. I was in an accident in March and the whole process has been a pain, but they made it way easier on me. The car was done on time and looked great! They even did a great detailing job once the repairs were done. I had a few issues with my insurance covering my rental due to a delay in a part, but they assured me that they would cover the additional days I was charged if my insurance wouldn't cover it. Don't go anywhere else! Come to Frank's Collision Repair! After we had been turned away from Caliber Collision because "they had too many cars", we came to Frank's. As soon as we got there, we were warmly greeted and attended. Brandie Vasquez was incredibly helpful and called every time there was an update on the work on the vehicle. I don't know anything about cars or repairs but she explained everything thoroughly and in detail. She and the team even worked on finding a low-cost alternative to save money on an out-of-pocket hit and it looks fabulous! All the work done on the car looks incredible and uniform with the rest of the vehicle. They even cleaned the interior of the car! I am extremely impressed and very satisfied by their work and customer service.
