Their ingenuity and work ethic kept the project schedule and the project budget on target. When it came time to finish the project, we discussed our remaining concerns, and rest assured, Yury's professionalism, skill, and creativity delivered a fantastic, well finished solution. The job was small but Shaun was on time and prepared with all the right tools including a chop saw, table saw, hack saw and drill. His work was precise and at a very good pace. Despite promising to fix it, ACE did a poor job of removing it and ultimately refused to correct the installation. He was found to have one or more violations of his Contractor's license with the Contractor's State License Board on this specific project. His contractor's license is 1124500 and, as of today, is under suspension. I WAS able to recover some of my losses against his Contractor's Bond. Bottom Line - DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR FOR ANY PROJECT!!

Charley was our project manager; he kept the project moving forward and was extremely responsive to texts and calls. They helped us change the cabinet layout a bit and it ends up being more functional while also having much more usable space. The flooring and baseboards turned out terrific, it really changes the look and feel of the space. We had picked out something that was not one of their usual suppliers, but that was no problem. They really work with you to get exactly what you want. All the workers were friendly, skilled and left our house clean at the end of the day. My thanks to everyone that worked on our project. We discussed the work over several weeks while I coordinated access to the property, and his pricing was competitive. Based on our conversations and the positive reviews I had read, I was looking forward to hiring him for the job. Unfortunately, my experience changed when it came time for the on-site estimate. We agreed on a date and time for him to visit the property, but he did not show up and did not contact me beforehand. Afterward, I attempted to reach him by phone and through Yelp messages but received no response. I understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise. However, a simple phone call, text message, or message through Yelp would have been appreciated and demonstrated professionalism. The lack of communication was disappointing and ultimately caused me to reconsider moving forward with the company. While my initial interactions were positive, reliability and communication are important factors when hiring a contractor, and unfortunately my experience fell short in those areas.
