McCarthy just finished painting my house and fences and I'm very happy with the results. Kelly was fantastic and got me a quote the same day as the site visit. I got 4 quotes and McCarthy was the lowest. They were also able to start the project within two weeks. Jesus checked in with me each morning before starting to make sure I was happy with the colors. He even suggested I use stain for the fences after we started the project instead of paint which saved me some costs - very honest and not looking to up-charge, which was refreshing. I was have cold feet with the fence color I selected so Jesus offered to grab a gallon and paint a small section of fence to make sure I liked it, which was so appreciated. We decided to have both of our front yard retaining walls patched, repaired and painted, prior to our front lawn being replaced. Thank you Armando, Martin, Brendan & Kelly! I reached out to McCarthy regarding an interior paint job for our new home & Brendan came out to do the estimate. In addition to painting & removing wallpaper, my fiancé & I wanted to do a few other repairs such as demolishing the built in tv cabinet, leveling out the door to the garage & removing/patching other equipment that were attached to the wall. We were thrilled to find out that Brendan's crew could make this possible! I had 3 estimates & McCarthy was the most reasonable for everything that they would do. Painters & general contractors, win-win! I spoke to Kelly regarding scheduling & she was able to book me 3 weeks out. There was a hiccup with the start date but in the end, painting started right on time. Armando & Martin were my painters & they were friendly & professional! I met them on the 1st day (Monday) & they said it would take 5, maybe 6 days. I went over everything in the contract with them & all was good to go. Since I was not there everyday, I appreciated Armando texting me to keep me updated. I stopped by on Thursday to see the progress & everything looked wonderful. There were a couple of hiccups regarding patching but they were able to fix them. There were several nail holes that were not yet patched but they said they would take care of them. Work finished Saturday morning & my fiancé & I did a final walk through with Armando & Martin. We were impressed with how wonderful the new paint job was! We did notice that there were still unpatched nail holes & mentioned them during the walk through & they took note to go back to them. We left so they could finish up the final touches & came back to a clean, beautifully painted home! We did find more unpatched nail holes that we had to patch ourselves but were glad that we were given leftover paint for instances like these.
