i've been passing by frank's for years and always wanted to give them a chance. they're a not-so-modern establishment in a wonky location so i assumed if they managed to stay open they'd have to be good, right? the man who picked up the phone was very engaging and made me feel appreciated as a customer. i ordered a large cheese pizza with half pepperoni but got pepperoni on the whole pie even though the receipt reflects a half-pie topping charge. was kinda annoying cus i hate pepperoni but there's more serious matters going on in the world-- i'll be fine. the pizza wasn't burnt on the bottom AT ALL, the slices were perfectly baked and i know that because when i picked up a slice and folded it in half, it didn't flop not one bit. 10/10 the crust was doughy enough to bite into without sending crumbs everywhere but had enough crunch to feel well done and not under baked. i personally find the sauce to be sliiiightly runny but i only have that complaint because i ordered garlic knots as well and had a side cup of marinara to dip them in. on the slice the marinara was fine and went with the cheese and dough well. i just don't like it as a dipping agent tbh. the garlic knots weren't a hit in my house but they weren't bad. i've just had better. loved the pizza, loved the customer service, and the delivery guy was nice as well. will be ordering again in the future. read more

I had a small Margherita Pizza and 8 hot Buffalo wings. Both were amazing. I spoke with John when placing my order, and he was super friendly and accommodating. My order was a little late, I called and talked to a woman and she called the delivery driver to find out where he was. She apologized for his delay and told me where he was. When I got the food it was still hot. Unfortunately I sat in the lobby and talked with a friend. When I opened my pizza it was warm but not hot. That is my own fault though. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! Don't say you haven't been warned yelp community. I ordered thru the yelp app today, Sunday July 8th, 2018 at 6:15pm. 1) Yelp will tell you what restaurants do not deliver to you. Upon ordering I called to make sure they're going to make it and received the order. A man picked up, very rudely said "we did not receive it yet let me check the computer again hold on" he saw it came through and proceeded to say "sorry we don't deliver over there, not today" ??!!!??!! Maybe this person should take his business off the online ordering because clearly he does not want to make new customers, business, or money. This place is a 7 minute drive to my house. So I had to go through the refund process which won't even show until 3-5 business days. Waste of time and money when you're trying to order dinner for your family. But here, they have the antipasto salad, so I decided to try their antipasto here. It was delicious! Except I didn't like the olives because I never liked olives. But they roll their cheese, salami, and ham into a roll and cut them into pieces. It's very unique and it tasted very good! Everything also looked so fresh and tasted so fresh. My friends on the other hand decided to get the medium Frank's special pizza. The place was so generous, they gave us a large instead because it was our first time! It was interesting to see him make it right in front of us and he was quick to make it! The pizza looked and tasted so good we pretty much inhaled it!
