The gentleman I spoke with gave me two options: 1. complete resole, or 2. recork the back, and resole the back 1/3. I chose the latter, and was really grateful for the choice of a more affordable option. I'm used to waiting multiple weeks and months for shoe repair (just moved here from Maine). I was SHOCKED that he said "I could have these done by Tuesday or Wednesday"... it was Friday. 2. The recorking looks and feels incredible. sturdy, solid, and better-than-new feeling of heel cup support. I'm stoked. 3. both the first man I spoke with, and CJ the owner who I met upon pickup were kind, courteous, and people I truly WANT to support with my business. Solid guys. Solid service. Lastly... I just moved to Stockton with my wife a few months ago, and peope trash Stockton left and right. What's up with that? I *LOVE* it here. Paul's cleaner has been in Lodi I would say for probably almost 25 years and I always see his wife…read moreor Paul and they're working and I am person who does a huge amount of dry cleaning maybe three times a month at the most but they always remember my first and last name exactly what I want And are super quick and getting back to my work uniforms and scrubs that I'd like to have dry cleaned and my security Officer uniforms that I'd like freshly Pressed and ironed. Also for what they charge they are the best dry cleaning in town and are willing to do amazing alterations on things that have been torn or older pants that I still white they are easy for them to fix and are willing to put new patches on shirts and also can pretty much get stains out of anything. I have a older 5.11 T-shirt that I believe either had glue or something else on it that I cannot remove using my home washer and dryer which are a nice set of whirlpool with the steam version in the 20 different cycles. Set alarm for washing it three or four times and seeing the I believe glue or gum stains on it I said I would try to figure out and take it to Paul's Cleaners and see what they can do well they did a amazing job on it they got rid of all of the little glue stains or particles that were stuck to the back of it and also got out of a smaller stain in the lower left-hand corner at shout in the other winery pre-treatment stuff wouldn't be able to do and this was just a standard cotton/polyester T-shirt the shirt means a lot to me as I've had it since I've lost a bunch of weight and it was one of the first shirts I bought so I have more of a sentimental value and anything else but I still love it. The only other dry cleaners in lodi is Guilds and they are twice the price and the results are horrible are as the customer service. It seems that Paul and his wife are getting up an age and I hope we can stay around as long as they can providing the great customer service great quality of the product and also the great prices and services that they provide. It cost nothing to be nice to people and I wish I knew Paul's wife's name who is always working in the front counter because one time I had little bit of poor planning on my part I actually a huge part of the poor planning on my part and I dropped my stuff off on a Tuesday at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and asked if I could have it ready the next day if it was possible it was ready and the next morning. They really love their customers there and treat you like family I have not gotten any better service for dry cleaning in Lodi then Paul Cleaners. I hope you guys are still doing well and can stay in business as long as you can but I also know that you guys also deserve a retirement for all the hard work that you guys have done over the years for everybody in Lodi that uses your services thank you.

The cleaning results were not good. Not only was the coffee stain still visible, but there were other stains on the blouse. She refused to accept the blouse and was told by either the owner or an employee that the blouse would be cleaned again. The results was still unsatisfactory. Then, she was told that the blouse would be sent out to another cleaning source. My wife has not heard back from Fresh Cleaners in over 3 weeks. Under the previous owners, we had better results and will look for another dry cleaner.

One of the machines took my $15, so I immediately spoke to an employee to ask how I could get my money back. I was told to fill out a claim slip and that the owner would contact me. It's now been over a month, and I still haven't heard from anyone. I even felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously, as if I wasn't being believed, despite the fact that the incident should be visible on the security cameras. The employees also refused to contact the owner on my behalf. I'm not just upset about the $15--I'm disappointed by the lack of customer service and communication. Because of how this situation was handled, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this business to anyone. This version is firm, professional, and likely to have a stronger impact in a public review. If you want it to sound even more direct or more emotional, I can revise it further.
