I had pavers installed, but the contractor significantly washed out the color. It came down to them having a bad installation technique. I contacted Gary and immediately conveyed the confidence that he could do a good job fixing the situation. Gary did a two part process. Part 1 was to wash/clean the paver stones in an attempt to regain as much color as possible. It worked, the pavers looked so much better. Then he did Part 2, which was to sealer the stones with a Water Base Wet sealers. It all came out great.

I was afraid it could be some sort of scam, so I booked a cleaning and did not give them any information other than my address. This did not phase them one bit. As scheduled, a young man with DJ Solar Cleaning showed up and did an outstanding job cleaning my solar panels. He was professional and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. He also quoted me the exact same price for the cleaning as he had when I inquired via Instagram. He was very neat, getting very little water on my patio other than where the gutter spout came down from the roof and that is where water is designed to go. After the cleaning service, I asked the technician how often I should schedule additional cleanings. He said it depended on how quick the panel got dirty again. He explained he had some customers who had their panels cleaned every 3 months and others who did it once a year. He estimated I would be fine having mine cleaned every year, but recommended I put a reminder on my phone to check the panels in six months to see how dirty they had become. That answer made me believe I was dealing with an honest person. I will definitely be using DJ Solar Panel Cleaning again!!

When Frank arrived and assessed the detail of what would be done, it was comprehensive and full of information and things to consider. There was a reasonable amount of complexity, and it all got sorted out. His assistants, Anthony and Justin, were equally detailed and very forthcoming with issues that might require additional outside help and those that needed a decision from us. In short, I sort of feel like a blind person who has been given his sight back (!) The clarity of all the window spaces, skylights etc is 200% better (!) Thanks, again... to quote Yelp: "Woohoo! I had to call the office to ascertain their ETA. The receptionist was very discombobulated and at first advised my appointment was not today. I got a "...let me explain something to you..." tone which did not put me in a good frame of mind. One guy arrives late and takes his time walking around and trying to remove the screens. I asked where he colleague was, to which he responded "...he is on his way...". The gentleman then disappears for almost 20 minutes, causing to me to go and locate him. Find him at the entrance to the building with bucket in hand. Still no sign of his colleague. Now he says he has gone to another job! Once inside my unit the gentleman hands me his phone and says the his colleague wishes to speak with me. Apparently he is feeling unwell and unable to do my job today. All very odd. At that point I called it and cancelled the job. Unfortunately Marvel has lost their touch and become complacent with a rather laissez faire attitude. Frank - I won't bill you for the two hours of my life I wasted today! Good luck!
