The contract spelled out the responsibilities of contractor but somehow because they knew the Chief of Police they thought I could ignore the Permit Violation. We're talking many thousands of dollars paid for the work with the possibility of having to tear it down and rebuild. Want your snow shoveled or yard cleaned up? They are probably fine. Have a serious project and won't cut corners? Get more estimates.

Last year we went with a different florist to avoid some of their fees (as delivery/service costs had gone up). We definetely paid for what we got at the other shop. This year we are back to Suburban Floral Shoppe and yes, it's pricey, but they deliver-literally great flowers. In the past they made the mistake of delivering the birthday flowers too early. This year I especified the day they needed to be delivered in CAPS letters in the comments stating when I wanted them delivered. I said NO EARLIER. This seemed to have worked as they were delivered on her actual birthday. Being that we dont live in town, simple things like getting flowers delivered, can become big things. This review is written regarding the best feeds store on Wildwood this past fall. It is written now…read moreas not many people look for a nursery review late fall and winter but rather the spring. My daughter's wedding was on October 28th. We were hunting live mums for decorating. We called MULTIPLE local nurseries. No one was willing to help, commenting that we could purchase what was left at the end of the season. As I continued down my list, I called best feeds on Wildwood. I had great experiences there before. I was shocked when the gentleman that answered the phone said to stop in and that they could certainly do something for me!!! He introduced me to two female staff members who were experts in matching colors, mums that bloomed later in the season, and sizes that I would need for each space. They also taught us how to make the blooms open at just the right time. The day of pick up they were all organized on a rack and ready to go. Can't say enough about the plant knowledge that the staff possesses. I really won't shop anywhere else for my plant needs moving forward. The one problem I had was there where virtually no customer sales help at all and after about 15 minutes I gave up and decided to leave. In the entire time I was there not one sales person came up to me and asked if they could help me find something???????? For me that is poor customer service even if they have nice plants and trees and a huge selection customer service should always be #1.

He was delivering shrubs to my neighbor and I asked if they ever haul away branches for a fee. He agreed to help me out and was so positive to deal with even though it was a large amount of stuff for him to haul. I asked about the business and he said he and his brother are excited to continue the business with their dad who has been around for 32 years. I couldn't believe how nice and willing he was to help me! I'm looking forward to visiting their nursery to get plants for my new yard. If this is the level of customer care to be expected, this business has a bright future!

Got it back and it ran like crap but it ran for a month or two until it wouldn't run at all so I bought a new one thinking I'll get the Honda fixed again and use it as a backup well I went back to kulhmans and this time it was the motor/transmission ruined and was going to be over 400.00 I said how the hell does that happen he said the bracket bushing came loose and destroyed the motor not realizing that they had fixed the damn thing the year or so previously. When I brought that fact up they just kinda stuttered, blamed it on wear and tear which is bullshit and they know it. So when I went to pick it up there was no diagnostic charge at least but they know and I know it's because it was their fault in the first damn place so bottom line is they did shit work which led to the destruction of my 900.00 Honda lawnmower and didn't make it right !! My review I know they have a decent reputation but I don't know how I would not trust them to fix my toaster let alone an expensive piece of equipment.. Nope. Kulhmans sucks in my opinion..
