I came for Deep Dish and I wasn't too excited. For Chicago style, it's comparable to cheaper brands like Home Run Inn. Far from the classic brands that put Chicago on the map. As for edibility, it was ok. $17 was a bit heavy for what we got but I understand paying a premium for a difficult to find product. Restaurant isn't for me but it's good for a pinch if you don't feel like cooking. I'd rather eat here than dominos. read more

Visited the Burnet location. Service was not the best and our pizza crust was burnt. The over all pizza was "meh" very very thin and flavorless (we ordered the meat lovers pizza) .... May give it a second try since it's fairly new to Burnet. read more

"Margherita" Pizza was ok. 14" pizza of tiny slices for $18.. Customer service is terrible. They aren't even at the store. They are at a call center somewhere. I messaged their customer service chat to ask if their pepperoni rolls were supposed to come with only 1 small sauce for 4. And if the pepperoni rolls were supposed to come with pepperoni and cheese only in the middle bite of the roll as all 4 were like this and all bread. He said to wait while he called the store to ask. Upon returning to chat, he copied and pasted the description from the menu. I replied, "Yes, I can read. I read the menu, but these were not stuffed. What I asked you was if only the center bite was supposed to come with 2 slices of pepperoni and a tiny bit of cheese? The rest were all bread. Is that how they are they are supposed to come?" He disconnected the chat. RUDE. I opened another customer service chat to ask someone else. Response was there's not anything we can do except confirm your order was delivered from the store. They don't deliver to my house only 7 mins away; so it was a pickup order. It seems they don't care if you are satisfied with what they serve. I wouldn't order pepperoni rolls from there ever again, that's for sure! I can make pizza and any type of rolls at home that are amazing. I just wanted convenience that night and was very disappointed. I wish Yelp would let me post what MY HOMEMADE MARGHERITA PIZZAS & PEPPERONI ROLLS LOOK LIKE! We gave Fratelli's another chance last week. But knew better to order any rolls this time. We preordered the same pizza, and this decided to try the gelato. 6 small scoops for $14 with a taster spoon. The sign said please order gelato next door (where you pickup your pizza. So I did and was told to take the pizza and meet the worker back at the gelato shop. This was at dinner time, you'd think more that 1 server would be working. Slow pace and didn't think to offer me a cup holder to carry out a pizza box, 3 cups of gelato, loose packets of cheese & pepper (had to ask for to-go cups and a cup holder. I actually feel bad for writing this review. They'd never survive in Brooklyn, NY. And we thought grabbing a pizza would be cheaper than Chinese food. Hagh! read more

I hate to judge a place when the food takes long to come out because I like to believe that the food is being made fresh. Needless to say, I was right. We are not from here and we just happened to be passing by. My two daughters were hungry and my hubby saw this place sold calzones so we decided to give it a try. It's a clean restaurant with great service. The food took a while to come out but so worth the wait. The pizza and calzone were heavenly!! Full of flavor and spices. Me and my family have had dinner here at least six or more different times. The pizza is good, not great just good. I tried the calzone, which was okay at best. My issue this time was the water... we had a party of six, everyone of the glasses had a whole bunch of "stuff" floating in it. We did not touch the water, it looked horrible. I have been frequenting this area recently and this is the only place we get food now. The Italian sub has been the favorite of every member of our family. The pizza is also unexpectedly good. We did not have a lot of expectations because the packaging was so generic, but the barbecue chicken pizza was the favorite of our littles as well as the adults. And that really means that something was done right when the littles love it. It's a tiny unassuming storefront with only 6 tables, but really has become one of our new favorites. We were very surprised (in a good way) by the quality of the pizza. We had the fried ravioli appetizer, a small Ceasar and small house salad, and the Stuffed Meat Pizza. It was a great meal, and the leftover pizza warmed up the next day was also terrific. We will most certainly return several times. read more

The pizza used to be good but the last few times I ordered I was disappointed. Customer service isn't as good either.

Pizzas are phenomenal and the staff are very friendly. We will be back. Also the lobster ravioli is superb.

Just be ready cause it does take a minute for the food to come out but it's worth it when it's made fresh. Me and my family came in and the service still needs some work but the food is fantastic. The food at Fratelli was delicious. We wanted pasta after the Spartan races in Burnet and found this nearby. We had the lobster ravioli and rigatoni alla vodka. Just the right amount of food and a very pleasant staff. I'd definitely recommend stopping here or picking up something. The pizza looked great too! read more
