Solid Italian joint. Originally being from New Jersey I give them 2 thumbs up. The pizza, Chicken Marsala, and cannoli were all good. Premium Italian sausage for the pizza topping too. I've bookmarked Frankie's and plan to be a regular.

**Frankie's has moved** I passed through Georgetown so of course I had to stop by Frankie's to pick up dinner. I called in my order and the pictures online still show their green colored building that's off of IH35, however, Google kept trying to take me to a totally different location about 6mins away. I decided to ignore the directions and went to the green bldg only to find that they're in fact no longer there. They have a new spot in a little strip mall not too far down the road so trust your GPS/Google :-) I got the Chicken Cremora ($13.99) which I remembered coming with a side salad but I guess that's changed because it didn't this night. It did come with 2 of their little soft, freshly baked rolls. I don't come through here often and I'd like to try other dishes, however, I know this one is delicious so I always tend to stick with that.

I placed an order for pick up and customer service was friendly and professional; my order was ready in the time they estimated. I picked-up via their drive-thru, which was convenient (especially with little ones in the car), and everything I ordered was accounted for. I ordered two large meat-lover pizzas, Chicken Tuscany, added a side salad for $1, one slice of chocolate cheesecake, a slice of strawberry cheesecake and a slice of German chocolate cake-- hey, it was my husband's birthday!! Lol. The pizza was good; my husband (who is a major pizza fan) liked it as well, but we weren't wowed. The pizza was super cheesy and seemed to be a tad underdone. The Chicken Tuscany was superb!! I'm so glad I took the advice of my fellow Yelpers and ordered it! So decadent, creamy and filling, and the angel hair pasta was cooked to perfection. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over it to put it over the top! It came with garlic knots--yum. My husband (and our kids) loved the cakes! Overall, 5 stars for customer service and the Chicken Tuscany, and 3 stars for the pizza. We're definitely going to be returning customers for my new favorite guilty pleasure pasta dish, and to try more of their pizza varieties.

Hands down best NY pizza I've had in the Austin area. It's everything you want it to be. Real cheese, amazing crust, perfect sauce. Staff is friendly and their prices are reasonable. Just go. Now. Why are you still reading?? GO! Omg stop and go!! You're helpless. Geez. Ok. I'll stop typing.

I went in today for my 1st time after reading about their mission and I was not expecting the level of serene and friendly service I received. I didn't even allow myself to shop the full boutique (I'll be back soon, indeed!) nor did I go into the new building across the drive with home goods, women's clothing & more. It's a gorgeous little place and I was greeted by the sweetest woman named Karen who showed me around and helped me find what I was looking for. You'll have to stop by the cafe too! I don't know what they do to make the mocha I ordered but it came in parts, my oat milk in a cute little pitcher and the chocolate espresso in my mug. It was SO GOOD before I even put the oat milk in!! Oh! And the guys in front of me ordered breakfast burritos and they seemed so excited to be able to return for them that I had to follow suit. WORTH IT. Yum! Check out my photo! I got bacon but there's a whol menu of things and if the quality is anything like those huge burritos, then you'll be in heaven! Whether you stop in for a quick coffee or find a gift for someone special, or let's be honest, even for yourself (#selfcare) , this is the place to spend your $! Their mission is to provide employment for adults with special needs and their profits support a vocational program to empower local citizens. When you first enter the building, you see a shop with lots of beautifully crafted and interesting products. Lots to shop here, although prices are high which then again, part of the proceeds go into a good cause and the products are well made. The cafe is located at the back of the shop. We spent a little time browsing the shop before going to the cafe. The cafe itself is so welcoming and spacious! Not a great ton of seating available but there's outdoor seating area with turf, which I can see is a huge plus when cooler weather arrives. I love the signs on the wall, very motivating sayings and quotes. For food, I had the avocado toast with bacon and fried egg and an espresso. It was delicious! Price point was good and food came out hot and fresh. I noticed when we were there, the lady at the counter (presumably the manager) was addressing the patrons by name, which was such a nice touch to see. It feels like this place really cares for their customers and is an established place in the local community. Parking is free and ample spaces available when we went there on a Friday morning. I like this place so much I ended up bringing my family there the following week. Support a good cause and eat a nutritious meal at the same time. Go visit!

Popped in on a whim after shopping at Old Navy a few doors down. VIBE: Very pleasant seafood restaurant vibe. I didn't feel like I was inside a massive shopping center -- it had a nice seaside charm. At the same time, it was very welcoming and unpretentious. Casual, not at all stuffy in any way. MENU/FOOD: Great! Ample diversity. Whether you want to stuff your face full of fried food or eat healthy, they've got it. I had the Omega Bowl (salmon + rice + veggies) and it was delicious. We also shared the coconut shrimp -- really good. I almost forgot -- my kid's burger came with French fries and they were great -- I stole most of them. KIDS: At first, it didn't seem like a particularly kid-friendly spot (I didn't actually see any other kids there during brunch on a Sunday). However, we felt very welcome with our two toddlers (3.5 and 1.5). They have high chairs and a kids menu (a mix of fried seafood and usual stuff like hamburger). Additionally, both our waitress and the manager (who were extremely kind and understanding) both mentioned having kids as well. SERVICE: Excellent. Our waitress (Sarah, I believe) was very nice and attentive. The manager stopped by to see how we were doing -- also very nice. The hostess? I'll let you guess... also very nice. Even held the door for me when I was leaving since I had a small baby stroller (believe it or not, that's somewhat rare).

This was our first time visiting the Georgetown location, we were over that way and hungry and decided based on previous experiences with this chain that we would pop in and have lunch. We ordered via the mobile app at the table, as my wife is disabled and has trouble standing for extended periods of time. Now, there were less than a half dozen people in the entire restaurant including one extremely loud member of staff, an older lady who obviously had family in the restaurant at the time as she kept coming over to the table opposite us and sitting and talking with them very loudly with zero filter, and absolutely no consideration for the other patrons. After waiting about 20 minutes (again, the place was almost empty), our food was brought over by her, she then proceeded to yell at a coworker that as they run out of small cups just to "throw their drinks in a large one" referring to us, and don't bother charging us the extra for it, which is kind of strange considering you get free refills no matter What size drink you buy. She then sat down and proceeded to have a very loud conversation with her family members who'd obviously popped in for lunch and to see grandma, then she shouted across the restaurant "yo bitch, bring me a big to go box" at her younger coworker who was walking over with our drinks. This is extremely off-putting and very unprofessional in what is supposed to be a family friendly restaurant, her grandchildren were maybe 10 and 12, is that the way she acts in front of them at home? WE WILL NOT EVER be coming back to this particular branch, and I will be emailing McAllister's corporation a copy of this review. The food was great, the place was obviously an older branch and is in need of a little bit of modernization, it was clean and tidy and other than the yelling grandma was OK. I have noticed other people's reviews mention the exceedingly long waits for food and the varying standards of food preparation; however, I cannot speak to that. All I know is it took an exceptionally long time to get a meal considering there was hardly anybody there. WE WILL NOT BE BACK
