Very disappointed. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery when the girl on the phone told me it would be 30 minutes. When I ordered the pizza I requested it well done, she repeated my order and said "well done". The pizza was far from well done. I was starving, craving pizza, the cafeteria at work had absolutely nothing- I went back to the floor venting my frustrations and low and behold a patient overheard me and told me about the best pizza in town- Fratelli's. I'm a pizza snob and kinda dismissed him quickly and went back to work. My shift ended at 11- I'm searched for a pizza place in EGR- nothing was open- I was not only starving and hangry- I couldn't for the life of me remember the place the patient mentioned earlier in my shift- I asked around and all of a sudden I overheard Fratelli's - I was like "BINGO"! I ordered the pizza and omg- this pizza was the best pizza in town- no joke!!! The pizza is not lacking a thing- I ordered the deluxe- mounds of fresh sausage, green peepers, ham, pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms, oh- let's not forget about ridiculous amount of cheese- yummy!! The crust was very tasty, also. The service was also top notch- I love, love, love this pizza!!! My good friend Anna P. has already written pretty extensively about Fratelli's in an earlier review here, so I'll keep this one short, as to not be too repetitive. But i looooove Fratelli's a whole lot, especially when I'm hungry in the middle of the night and need a fast fix. My favorite things being they don't charge a ton extra per topping like most pizza places. I usually end up getting 5-6 odd veggie toppings + garlic-parmesan crust and the total price comes out to be very reasonable (the giant XL pizza pictured below was only $30!!). Their pizza is consistently awesome. I'm still rather partial to Vitale's in Comstock Park, but Fratelli's is as good as Jet's but with much better veggie topping choices, and you just can't beat their prices and hours of operation. They've definitely got the late night pizza crowd of GR on lock! read more

First time at Fratelli's. Ordered a 3 item pizza and garlic cheese bread. The staff was friendly and my order was prompt. The parking is sparse and you'd better hurry because there are a ton of bars that use any available street parking. The pizza had tons of diced vegetables and plenty of cheese. Great sauce distribution and the crust was thin and crispy without being burned. The garlic cheese bread was not so great. They used a half of sub bun with butter, garlic and cheese slices. Now the ingredients sound great but the bread was dry because the ends got over done and not much use of butter. Plus I mean half a sub bun for over $6 is very pricey if you are not doing a suburb job. read more

I made a huge mistake coming to Fratelli's... The staff was horribly unprofessional in a restaurant setting. I put my name in for 2 and the hostess told me it would be 20 mins and that they would call me. My party ended up waiting in my car for 45 mins with no call. Once i asked about our table we're we seated! The waiter was also wildly inappropriate and inattentive. When he came to take our order he sat essentially on my lap. No concept of covid??? okay, so this is not the best pizza in the world and the girl working there was a complete moron. they deliver until like 3am, and it's 100s of times better than any other late-late night pizza. they'll give me spinach, which is always a bonus. they also gave me feta, so overall a pretty decent late night pizza. the bread sticks (which are not sticks but little dough balls) are pretty awesome, they're greasy but really good. in fact, writing this review made me want to order some! they deserve 4 stars for being open so late and offering me a fairly decent pizza, but if it's before 11pm, i'd suggest going elsewhere. that is, unless you're only ordering bread sticks, those things are good! oh, and the dude who gave this place a one star likes Mr Pizza.... which is the WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!! compared to a butt cheek, literally, by another reviewer. the reviews for fratellis vs mr pizza is what tricked me into buying a mr pizza pizza in the first place and it was GROSS. Fratelli's Pizza (formerly known as Russo's) is the best pizza in Grand Rapids in my opinion. Better yet, they have a 1 topping 14inch pizza for $6 (but you can only get the deal if you pick it up). Messed up delivery order, which I don't know how you can even do when you order online. Couldn't wait another 75 minutes for them to remake my food, so I asked for a refund of the one sandwich. Guy who answered the phone was insanely rude and condescending for HIS mistake. Claimed to be the owner of the business. Instead of making it right, with the mistake he made by not putting sauce on my meatball sub (the other sub in the order had the modifications as indicated on the receipt) he was argumentative. For years I had never eaten their pizza before the hours of darkness and rarely before midnight. I have now realized how big of a mistake this was. I have eaten here several times in the last six months and each time I have found it to be just as delicious as the time before. They have both specialty pizzas (my personal favorite) and a regular create your own full menu. I think they have excellent pizza and bread sticks (actually more like garlic knots - but super delicious nonetheless). My picky teen even thought it was great. Their spicy chicken pizza is a personal favorite. The owners and staff are super friendly and accommodating. It's a tiny hole in the wall though with virtually no seating and no alcohol. Fed 5 people (3 adults, 2 tweens) for only a little over 20 bucks. Fabulous pizza, breadsticks also awesome. Seating is pretty minimal, a few stools and a couple counters, but really, this places does a hopping lunch trade and once you taste the pizza (sold by the slice, but you can get whole pies) you will understand why. Generous portions and cheap. They do subs, and some other stuff too, but we just got the pizza. Within walking distance of the museums in the area. Parking is available, just make sure you don't park in the other businesses area (they tow, evidently. One block down the street and across and parking is available. Lots of construction workers picking up lunch here - always a good sign. :) I went during the day for lunch, seemed very safe. Not sure it would be safe at night unless you are doing a pub crawl and using uber. read more
