First time ordering from here and it could have gone better. I was put on hold for a bit but I'm assuming cause they were busy. So that is a good thing! The man who took my order was very helpful and patient! When it was my first time ordering from there so I of course had to make sure my order was done correctly lol. There wasn't a minimum when ordering so I was happy about that! I decided to get a pepperoni slice and a grilled chicken cutlet on a hero with mayo, lettuce and tomato. When I came downstairs to the building door I see that my delivery driver was still in his car and I had to walk over to him and ask him if he was gonna come outside! It def. wasn't his first time doing that because he also did it when I ordered for delivery another time. Although I was very unhappy with the delivery customer service and my cold pepperoni slice! The slice still tasted good and I don't even like cold pizza so that says a lot! Also their chicken cutlet hero's are very juicy and fulfilling! Next time I would definitely like to come in person and dine in. read more

Bro listen this is about to be the most realist review now hear me out normally I think that fratilli's pizza is the shit I mean, have it in your mouth right orgasm in your mouth I mean, I can't even describe how bussin they are but I got a problem with what they call a veggie pizza cause mind you I could be having a bad day and then they make a pizza and my day just got better but why they had to go and shit on me. I tried out their veggie pizza for the first time it was like I was having a bunch of broccoli up in there first of all when people think about a veggie pizza thinking about peppers some chopped onions, maybe some tomato who the hell is out here putting that damn broccoli on pizza who the hell thinks broccoli on a veggie pizza and on top of that damn broccoli was huge and on steroids mind you it should come with a warning label y'all done fucked up my day ‍ baby please I thought what we had was special. Don don't do me like that ever again. Nobody thinks broccoli when they think of a veggie pizza you ever seen Papa John's stuff broccoli in a pizza. All I know is y'all done fucked up my day and my stomach we're not even gonna get started on the amount of spinach y'all put in there now normally a little spinach is OK but come on now yall did me dirty other than that I recommend absolutely everything from their menu. They don't make a single thing...... you know, maybe except for that diabolical blasphemous veggie pizza NO ONE WANT broccoli on a veggie Pizza Hut pizza? We were looking for some late night pizza and this place definitely hit the spot! It's located in the middle of the port area so it's industrial and pretty safe. There's truckers and cops around so for the most part everyone was blue collar folks. The service was quick and friendly. Giant slices toasted perfectly. We also had a pepperoni and cheese roll which was amazing. The cheese was burnt perfectly and crunchy! It will be our late night go to during our stay for sure read more

Soundview has always needed a worthy Pizza spot. I mean...there's one close to Mom's, but it lacks majorly and doesn't do much for me. So when Fratilli's popped up in my local Yelp search, in I went. Hunts Point isn't far from Soundview, in fact- it's really the next section of The Bronx heading south. These guys are alone in the deeper side of all the Auto Body Shops in the Hunts Point hub. And from what I noticed driving by, didn't see any other Pizza shop in the area. Place is big with woods, lots of seating, refrigerators off to the left, a smaller glass ice cream freezer on right and front counter- with Pies waiting...just waiting to be heated- as soon as you head in. Really simple menu overhead: small and large Pies, square, white, Veggie slice or "special" pies with standard toppings, Salads and a few other things. Plain slice for me, Pepperoni for Mom and a Snapple to share. That's it! Mom's pepperoni slice gets props according to her, but if you're making a trip to Hunts Point or swerving off the Bruckner Expressway to hit it, you're grabbing a plain slice (in my opinion)--it wasn't too greasy, it was crispy but still bendable, surprisingly thin and that classic (kind of) bright orange you get when that sauce-and-cheese marriage happens. I went to Fratilli's because of the location near Hunts Point and the great health code standard score. End result, I was not disappointed. The crust was nice and soft, and the toppings were substantial pieces of vegetables and meat. Combined with a tasty sauce. The staff was patient and respectful. You want a quick slice or a breakfast sandwich this place is open 24/7 and the staff is great. It's a quick run in and get out so you can be on your way. It's close to work if I am too lazy to go out and get something that is more of a drive. They have a ton of drink options and snacks too. They serve all types of options far more than pizza and breakfast sandwiches; just to clarify. If you ever find yourself in the industrialized area of HP and you want a quick bite; this is your spot. read more

Really good pizza. Super thin! We got a pizza with veggies on it and sausage. The veggies were huge! Also the slices were huge. When you picked up the pizza everything like fell off of it. The cheesebread was good! The bathroom was small and there was only one so men & women uses it. read more

Probably the worst service I experienced from a pizza place. Waited 2 hours For delivery then called after 2 hours and was told they are not making delivers, after calling and the guy telling me my food is out for delivery a whole hour later they say they must have made a mistake. This is a fairly decent pizzeria in way down towards the end of Hunt Point! My co-workers and I randomly come for lunch sometimes since we work in the area. It is not fancy but the food is decent and pretty filling. The people who work here are always nice, friendly and I love their "The Bronx" shirts lol. I suggest any pizza, their salads and their eggplant parm hero. I know this place is really random and in the middle of a neighborhood most wouldn't venture to but it's kinda worth it! If you are in the area and in the mood for a really typical NYC pizzeria experience this is your place. Places like this just don't exist anymore! read more

Delicious food! The best restaurant-made lasagna and shrimp Alfredo pasta my husband and I have ever had! My husband is a truck driver, and we look forward to being in this area JUST to be able to order from here! And, they deliver right to our truck! The pizza is amazing, grab yourself a grandma slice or a white slice and you wont be disappointed. This is not your standard pizza joint though. If you're in the mood for some awesome heros and pasta dishes this is your place. Chicken parm, meatball parm, and the grilled chicken hero with the works are all great. Finally got to try a broccoli rabe slice, although it was on the round pie instead of a Grandma, which is what they do best. The broccoli rabe was really well cooked, with just the right amount of bitterness. It was on top of a regular slice, which has decent cheese and legitimately good sauce in its own right, and was balanced by a little parmesean cheese. The only problems I had were that the crust could be a little more well done, and that by the time it got delivered it wasn't as hot as it should've been. However, the pizza is solid and--in my not so humble opinion--better and more satisfyinhg than a lot of hyped places in much more accessible areas of the city. read more

Great Food, fast delivery, And best of all the subbs and mozzarella sticks and sauce were fresh and the didnt mind deliverying at midnite I think they were about to close but They took my order anyway. Awesome people awesome food. Didnt mind giving the driver a big tip. This is one place i reccomend to get Italian food made from scratch. I was there on business and didnt want to leave the Hotel. Honestly the worst Chicken Caesar salad I've ever had. Totally dry, nothing but lettuce and chicken, and what tasted like stale croutons. To top it off my garlic knots tasted like they came right from the fridge. I call to see if maybe they could just send some dressing, their response "you could bring the salad back." Yea right I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I should have kept that $2 tip and asked for a side of dressing and some heat for the garlic knots. $13 bucks for an overpriced, under dressed salad and cold bread. Yum. read more

I'm new to the area so this was my first time ordering pizza. The man taking my order was rude and rushed me, he said to give it about 30 min to be delivered. The pizza arrived 45 minutes later and my boyfriend had to walk 4 houses up to get it while the delivery guy sat in his car. The pizza was laying on the passenger seat not in the warmer bag. When we opened the pizza it room temperature. I had to give it to my kids because they were hungry. I called back to make a complaint and they were rude. They said all they could do was pick it back up, put it in the oven, and send it again. I have my own oven so that didn't make sense. The pizza was pretty good after I heated it up. I'm very disappointed with their customer service. read more

I ordered from here for the first time today and i have to say i was disappointed.. I waited a little over an hour, the guy on the phone said they were a little backed up and thats fine i dont mind waiting for food IF its good but it wasnt. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and when it arrived it was cold, the bread didn't taste fresh and there was waaay to much oregano in the sauce. I wouldnt order from here again. The sauce shines and brings a real zest to the pizza. I love it when the sauce sings like that. Tried a chicken calzone as well and had no complaints. The wife loved her Grandma slice. I tasted it and the strength of the toppings really add something special to it. This is a neighborhood gem worth pulling off of 95 for.
