I just received my first order from Freckled Poppy. Overall, Im impressed so far! I purchased a pair of distressed skinny Judy Blues and i absolutely adore them- I'm a short girl (5'1") and these cuff nicely & look great- the fit is perfect & super comfortable. I'll definitely be returning to Freckled Poppy to buy more Judy Blues, I just wish they came in "petite" sizes. I like the selection of jeans at Freckled Poppy, and look forward to checking out more of their clothing/products. I do wish the turn around time for shipping was a little faster but when I emailed them to inquire about the shipping date (about a week after I placed my order), they replied immediately and it wasn't long afterwards that I received my package. If you see something you like on social media then go to your web browser and search the actual website for that store. There has been a real increase in scam companies from Asia that are linked to social media. I just almost got scammed for $47 for two items I purchased from a very legitimate website I clicked on through Instagram. Turns out they were phony, but since I used PayPal for my purchase i was able to get my $$ back. But this was only after going back and forth with PayPal and uploading pictures and receipts for about 2 weeks. I have to say customer service is fantastic and delivery is so fast. Alex and Matty are fantastic I love watching their lives they make you want to buy everything. Very misleading and scammy experience with this company. After reading about working for them on site like Glassdoor and indeed I feel even worse for ordering from them.. They do these live videos and send you links via texts and I've watched a few and placed at least one order in past, however this recent live had them exclaiming that they're giving customers "80% Cash BACK" I'm sure the average person would also assume what I Assumed which is they're refunding 80%back. However I sent an email that same evening because I had issues being able to stay on live and had to reconnect Multiple times as well as placed one of my orders without being able to follow through directions which were to say in messages via live the number item of clothing wanted with the word "sold" I believe.. I just wanted to make sure they knew to refund me for an item out of an overall of 5 that I didn't follow perfect directions to. I received a response quickly overnight however it implied I misunderstood what the "Cash Back" Really meant. . It REALLY meant 80% would be refunded as a shopping credit on their site Needless to say I tried to argue to avail that I'm in middle of a move, just paid for a relatives funeral and have a dog that needs $2500 (minimal) in dental work within weeks and needed my order cancelled and to just give me all the money back and keep their clothing. At no time during checkout or live was there Any clear written wording that they're Lying when say they're giving people "80%Cash Back" I have gotten nowhere. When I placed my order last week I used a coupon as a first time customer to try out their merchandise and when I tried to exchange they told me I used a final sale coupon and nothing is returnable. The tracking number goes to a company you have to pay to track it. Not falling for that. When I asked for a refund, they could only give me 70%. Not good enough.
