I ordered the number 4 from the sandwich menu which is delicious. It's a Panko Crusted Chicken Cutlet with Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato's, and Chipotle Aioli. The chicken is crispy and the bacon on top makes the sandwich so delicious. All the flavors come together which makes it a great sandwich. The customer service is always great and the staff there are always gracious. The store is always very clean and the food always looks fresh. read more

This premium take-out establishment had promise when it opened, with great soups, meat selections, and heat&eat entrees. Quality has slowly gone down hill while prices are skyrocketing. One recent example was a crab cakes at $30 plus with little to no actual crabmeat, predominantly filler and spices to mask the lack of actual protein. Weeks ago a quart of beef barley soup was $14 with no actual physical beef, 95% barley and broth. Once you read the tiny ingredients print it suggests "ground beef"? Unfortunately that meat must have been pureed...not even pieces of ground beef (which is only really appropriate in chili). Perhaps Fred is no longer handling the cooking? Don't go out of your way to patronize this place until you read more favorable reviews. Didn't try their key lime pie but heard it was quite good. read more

The service is very friendly. I got a tray of refrigerated beef meatballs 6 large for $15 in sauce, quite tasty.

Fred 06825 has amazing food and Fred and his staff are great people to work with. This Easter was the 5th time we have purchased pre-packaged holiday catering (Two Thanksgivings, One Christmas, and two Easters) and for the 5th time in a row our guests raved about the food. You will not find a more delicious meal with easy reheating instructions than using Fred's. It is also an incredible value, I would not have been able to buy the ingredients for the cost of the 4 person meal from Fred's. On a side note, we have a ton of leftovers and no one was shy with grabbing seconds so I would bet you could feed 6 easily. 10 out of 10. He has gained our trust and loyalty and it is nice to know we are supporting someone local. We look forward to using him for all holidays in the future! read more

Five stars at least. Located not far from the Merritt Pkway Black Tpke exit. The most delicious food. They should open a restaurant. Incredible soups and desserts, EVerything to go, like you bring a restaurant home with you. Shepherds Pie, CHicken pot pie, fish dishes galore. Insane meatloaf. This is hands down the very best in quality, cleanliness and authenticity. Fred is the real deal, he is friendly and knowledgeable and has extensive experience in the hotel industry. He absolutely understand great customer service. The selections vary and are always fresh. Never an abundance of food as quality demands that it be fresh and fresh it is. Beware- Fred will not accommodate food allergies. I asked about his protocols in dealing with nut allergies and he brushed me off saying he could make no guarantees. He even told me that any other restaurant that tells me that they can accommodate our needs is lying. Obviously, this is not true and we have had much success (and no issues) with most, if not all, restaurants we have asked for accommodations. This is lazy, irresponsible and discriminatory practice for clients with special requests. It does't take much effort to educate staff and establish protocols to insure no cross contamination.
