Great experience! Picked up new wheels from Tire Rack right up the street and had Just Tires install them. Staff was great at accommodating the special circumstances (non OEM sized tire and aftermarket wheels). Tires were perfectly mounted, balanced and new TPMS sensors programmed correctly. Care was also taken not to scuff up the new wheels during install which was highly appreciated! Prices were reasonable considering the amount of labor that went into the job performed. I live an hour away from this location, but I've visited here twice in the last year to purchase tires. Their prices cannot be beat! On my first visit (in 2014) I purchased two new tires that I was very happy with. I returned recently (August of 2015) for two more tires. I was able to book an appointment online, with an exact price quote on tires and installation. When I arrived at the store, my Service Advisor, Derick, was extremely helpful and answered many questions I had. He offered suggestions without pressuring me to purchase anything I did not need (or want). His service was fantastic. I left very satisfied, and now I have a full set of new tires on my car. Well, Where to begin? Brought a 1995 Ford Bronco in for a front end alignment After picking up the truck the steering wheel is pointing at 10:00 o' clock not 12:00 o' clock as should be It was taken back and the excuse is that the steering box has play. Unfortunately I was ASE Certified for over 15 years and know that it was a poor excuse for improper steering wheel alignment. I asked if they do the steering box adjustment and was told they do not provide that service. I am perplexed? They claim to do front end alignments but do not do steering wheel centering which "excuse me " is first grade alignment procedure, as well as steering box adjustment... well that was the way it was when I was certified .... god help us.... Ok They said the reason the steering wheel is at the 10o'clock is because of the toe adjustment then asked if we wanted them to fix it.... REALLY!!!!!!! We paid to have it done so .....yes...... But when the truck was driven from the shop it's still at the 10:o'clock and now pulls right... Would NOT Recommend this Shop for anything beyond a simple tire change and if you do have them do repairs be sure you understand the mechanics and not just agree with what they tell you.... read more

I have been dealing with these guys for years (always good) however; I noticed one perticular person that seemed to really pay attention to details. His name is Tom or Tommy. Either way he check out the work that one of the other people there did and he wasn't happy with it. He fixed what was still wrong before I got the keys but after I checked out. He could have let it go but he didn't. When ever I go there from now on I will be asking for him. Everyone there was nice! It is now the first place I think of when I think of tires. read more

I purchased tires from Just Tires on Christiana Rd about 4 years ago. With that I also purchased an warranty on the tires and also lifetime balancing. I had a scheduled tire balancing appt today and was dismayed when I was told all my rims were warped/bent. They were able to balance the tires, thankfully and explained the bent rims were not a safety issue. They took the time to explain how the rims could have been bent over the years and also discussed several options to fix them or replace them from third party vendors. Fixing bent rims was not a service Just Tires provided so they gave me several options on where I could go. They were so helpful and knowledgable. Tom was the service tech that assisted an ole gal with minimum knowledge of bent rims. Thank you Tom and Just Tires so being so helpful today. read more

Not even sure how this place has decent reviews. We made an appointment with Will to get my tires put on my 08 Escalade. Everything was great until I went to drop off my car, then I was told that they can't mount and balance them there and that I needed to call to their other store in Wilmington to find out if they can. What customer service is that? So I still ended up buying the tires there which was a mistake. None of the people working could figure out the mail in rebate for the tires. I wasted an hour there. The employees are beyond awful and do not have knowledge of anything. The lady charged this customer for a service for his car that he didn't receive. Also made fun of his car calling it ugly? They need a new staff, this is ridiculous!! Highly don't recommend. But I do recommend Mr. Tire, they were about to put on my tires with NO issues. Just Tires SUCK! read more

Driving back to Boston from DC, one of our tires just gave up on us on the highway. Triple A came to the rescue but reminded us clearly that we cannot drive more than 40 mph on a donut. We had to get that tire changed. We panicked. Good thing this place was open l- on a Sunday! We got super fast and reliable service. They changed two of our tires within an hour, like they promised. Started a roadtrip and after 3 hours on the road 4 lights came on in my car and I was freaking out. I called Nissan (2 nearby the area I was at) and asked for help and if I could stop there for someone to look at it and explained my situation. (I only had my car for a year also) They both were no help and not willing to even have me stop there just to even put air in my tire. Luckily I was able to get a hold of this tire place and not only were they nice on the phone, he said right away come in and I'll see what I can do. When I got there, Tom (who I spoke with) put air in my tires and checked everything quickly and efficiently for me. He ran a quick test to make sure I was safe to go back on the road and assured me I was okay. After 20 hours on the road I made it safely and my lights have stayed off on my car. I am so grateful for the customer service at this location! Thank you so much Tom for saving the day and being so helpful! Excellent service from here. I actually hadn't gotten my car looked at in some time so I asked that they do a work up of the entire car and tell me what it needed. It needed a lot of stuff but when the bill went above $700 the manager said they would make sure it is below that when I come in. Which he kept his word and it was. Just tires has great customer service which is really important to me. The auto care service is just as good. I usually go in for an oil change which I schedule through the online scheduling option. You also get a bit of a discount for doing so. I am generally in and out in less than hour when I schedule in advance. In past visits, they have suggested options for tires and seemed to be more concerned about my safety than taking my money. My preferred oil change center. read more
