He assured me that we have the best available policy and ultimately he didn't get a new customer. However, he took the time to help me think through some aspects of our current policy that I could control the cost of and that resulted in a lower premium (for this coming renewal anyway). He may not have a paying customer, but for his honest expertise he has a customer for life when and if our current insurance companies changes our policy options (ie. hail/wind deductible %). Her first in person encounter was with Samira and Brian was during Thanksgiving week. She went to their office around closing time without an appointment. Samira and Brian stayed late to get the information regarding her policies so that she could transfer agencies.
