I have my home, car , rental home and umbrella placed with them. Due to the lack of service and no response to phone calls and emails I will be changing all of my policies to another agent. This agency even charged me for my girlfriends policy and when I caught it, they reimbursed me for partial charges. Again it was not my policy and after several months of trying to get paid back they stopped taking any of my calls. I needed their help getting information for my auto policy and its been several days of again no response. Buyer beware as this is what to expect after giving this agency all of my insurance needs. They will soon learn when I remove everything from their system and align a new agent. Without printing my name I am sure they know who I am. The one they will not reimburse money that they owe me and refuse to pay even though they promised they would.

Got a flyer in the mail from Murphy Insurance Services LLC advertising my homeowners estimated…read morepremium (primary residence) at $858.07. While I understand that actual premiums can vary based on coverage amounts/deductibles/etc., their actual quote ended up being $4536 !! Not even in the same ballpark. (I've actually been in the real estate business and understand insurance.) Keep in mind that they had my property address (which obviously includes all general property details) and so what they give over the phone and in that flyer should NOT be substantially different. What a COMPLETE insulting waste of my time. If they do this before you are a customer I cannot imagine what deception could lie ahead.
