I drove straight back to the shop and asked the technician point-blank if he had even replaced my tires at all, because the ones on my car looked identical to the worn-out ones I came in with. ​Instead of showing an ounce of integrity or taking responsibility for putting my safety at risk, he shrugged it off, stating, "They're used tires. Nothing I can do about that." ​To knowingly charge $70 apiece for tires that are unsafe, illegal, and completely bald is predatory. To refuse to take accountability or make it right when called out is shameful. This is by far the worst place to spend your hard-earned money, and their total lack of business ethics is appalling.
