Find somebody else. They oversold me on Control4. I was only ever going to use audio visual, yet they sold me a system to handle twice that load. I've gone to another company that's amazing. It is so evident that owners Jeremy and Justin have years of experience, and they are caring, honest and meticulous. We had just bought Cox Gigablast internet service, however since we had older equipment that didn't support high speed wireless internet, we had dead spots in our home. We first contacted the company that had originally installed our home automation system, but their price to solve our dead spot problem was exorbitant. As a result, we contacted Infinity HD whose quote for the same work and products was less than half of the price. We were amazed by the whole experience. Firstly, they cleaned up our cable management without being asked. The original company, which is supposed to be the largest competitor, had left our wiring so tangled that we couldn't get the access panel closed, but Justin beautifully streamlined the wiring in the panel and various rooms. Secondly, they increased our internet speed to almost 1,000 Mbps throughout the house. We will use them for all of our future wireless internet and audio/visual needs. DO NOT GET UNDER CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!…read more They get you into a 5 year contract and the system never works right! We have had DOZENS of false alarm calls to the PD and every time they come out to fix an issue a new one pops up. The system has never worked properly and they do not have a performance clause in the contract so you can't cancel if they don't perform. We finally had to cancel all monitoring and let them bill us monthly for an unused service until our 5 year contract is up. Over the last 3.5 years we have had at least 40 times where a sensor has a low battery, a door sensor doesn't line up right or a control panel loses power and we get a false alarm in the middle of the night. Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable company that isn't into a 5 year contract auto renewal and doesn't have a performance clause in the contract. Response to Owner: We have been in contact with Jennifer Little multiple times about this issue and was told there is nothing your company is willing to do.
