On-Time, On-Budget, Excellent Work. Marco and Trevor did an excellent job. I installed two new outlets inside my house which did not have an existing electrical outlet. Then, I had them install a separate 20 Amp circuit for the backyard and 4 separate drops for outlets to be used in the backyard. The weather was hot and these guys showed up on time, every morning to get the job done. Excellent work at a fair price. Wow....I am a retiree and military veteran. On 06/28/24 we paid $322.00 to have a pool light switch replaced. We went on vacation and when we came home and used the pool, the pool light was not working. We spoke to Colleen (owners' wife) who told us the technician would call us. Technician called us to say he would call later in the day, and he NEVER CALLED BACK as agreed upon. Called Colleen again who we interpreted was very irritated and bothered that we were asking for assistance from them. Colleen confirmed appointment on 08/09/24 at 10 am. Technician DID NOT show up at 10 am, no call no show. They rescheduled appointment for 11:30 am, NO CALL NO SHOW again! We even sent them our vacation airline itinerary verifying we were gone the entire month of July and that the pool switch was not being used. This company was happy to take our money but when we needed additional help and service after a sale, we were just labelled as complainers. As owners, Colleen and Arthur - our experience was they were evasive and impatient with us. Our experience with this company has not been a positive one. As customers, we should not have to spend so much time responding to their missed calls and appointments.
