I didn't hear back from Sunbelt for a few days so I called. They said they don't fix exhaust fans that turn on, even though making noises. Guess if it causes a fire, that's another thing. I called One Guard after I called Sunbelt and One Guard said they did not tell Sunbelt that they made a determination. Someone was lying. Anyway, the tech that came out to our house never removed the cover to see what was causing the noise. Lazy tech. Waste of my $75 service fee. I have never seen someone so lazy with a service call. Had he removed the exhaust cover to see WHY the noises, he could've explained WHY One Guard would not cover and showed me. LAZY is how I describe this company. If that's good for you, then go for it. Most of my reviews are very positive and good. My interaction with the person that answered the phone was not good as well. It seems like this company hires people who have a bad work ethic, poor customer interactions, and just don't care.

Then when the work started, they completed the entire job on schedule, on budget, and the quality of their work was absolutely top notch. Highly recommend!! Long Version... Our old Main was inside our house and was completely maxed out and was almost a fire hazard. Since our house was on a county island many years ago, it definitely needed updated. They coordinated with the City of Mesa and SRP to get permits and to let us know what tree trimming we had to do before a new line could be run from the Roof Electrical Riser Pole to the electrical line in the alley. Our house had to be without power for an estimated 8 hours to run a new line to the alley. They did all the prep work ahead of schedule including installing a new Roof Electrical Riser Pole and all the hardware for the new main, and were so well prepared that we were only without power for about five hours. Once the new line was complete, they completed the new main outside our house, turned our old main into an updated sub panel, completely wired our garage for woodworking and welding equipment and added electrical to our front porch for accent lights and security lighting. All their work was very top notch and looks amazing. All work was completed exactly as scheduled or ahead of schedule. Everything came in at cost, which given how outdated our old lines were, was a surprise to me. Highly recommend White Brothers Electric.
