After testing me for neuropathy, she was very quickly trying to rush me out the door. When I asked her if I could ask a couple more questions, she literally responded with "NO, you only have a 15 minute time slot". I was with her for maybe 7 minutes tops. You mean to tell me, after waiting a month to see you, paying a $60 co-pay and I'm sitting in front of you with valid concerns about my health, you are going to tell me "no, I only have 15 minutes"? WOW. I have had some bad, rude doctors in my 60 years but my god, she was the absolute worst. Spotsylvania Multi Specialty Health Group and "Dr" Noma A. Rehman are a joke.

Have pink eye, doctor prescribed eyedrops, stating 2 drops every two hours for two days, then 1 drop every 4 hours for 5 days. My bottle is empty after just three days so I called to get another bottle to continue the treatment as doctor ordered. First call, nurse said they couldn't do anything till doctor came back to work(this being Sunday and he returns Tuesday) She said to reduce the drops to 1 every 4 hours until they can talk to the doctor to make the drops last. So today, Tuesday, I called and I had to talk to another nurse. She really mixed up what I said to her, saying my left eye is all clear(my infected eye). I told her that is not correct, it's better, but I need to continue the eyedrops for another 5 days as the doctor ordered. Then she immediately mixed up the number of days saying 5 days total(supposed to be 7 days). She said she would give my doctor the message. I later get a call back from Patient First, a different nurse, stating since my eye has gotten so much worse, the doctor wants me to return to see him!!!!! I Never said my eye was worse, I said it's getting better but I'm out of the eyedrops. I'm just trying to follow the doctors orders, using the drops for 7 days as prescribed. Now I'm told I have to call back tomorrow. I will continue using Patient First as I have always received the best care there in the past, but this time has been a Frustrating experience.

As he moves through the regular parts of the exam, there is always a joke or a tickle somewhere along the way. The kids wait for it with a big grin on their face, and it makes doctor visits fun. When the exam is over and he turns to talk to you, the pleasant demeanor remains. His explanations are very comprehensible, with no hint of pedantry, and he takes the time to be certain that all your concerns are addressed. During each well-child visit he took extra time to discuss issues such as how to coax my daughter into eating more healthy food or how to discipline my son successfully. I've found Dr. Johnson to have a laid-back and goofy style that fits our family well.

An older man walked in and needed help with his check in and using a QR code. The receptionist ignored him. I had to help him. Then another man waiting got up to help him. Upon leaving I asked how much it would cost and they said because I have insurance and Medicare there would be no charge. This was my first time using any kind of medical service after qualifying for Medicare so I was pleasantly surprised. I started getting better but pushed myself too soon and too hard and the infection came back as the antibiotics were ending. So I went back to the clinic (as a walk in) and again I didn't have to wait long, again saw Margaret Dean, and got different antibiotics. Again, no charge. This time I took it easy and am now healthy. So based on my experience I recommend this place. It was fast and easy with no billing issues. Everyone was nice and professional.

The staff has been extremely responsive and answers all of my questions thoroughly. There was a slight hiccup with shipping my prescriptions but it was addressed immediately when I inquired with the office staff. I have had 3 back surgeries and have suffered from recent spasms and pain in lumbar and thoracic area. With a slight change in diet, daily piriformis stretches, using a trigger point foam roller and daily walking I was making some progress on my rehab but felt exhausted and pitifully weak. After doing bloodwork and reviewing with the doc, she developed a customized plan for me and my specific goals. I am at 8 weeks of treatment and my life has taken a drastic turn for the better. I don't take any pain meds or muscle relaxers and have not done so the last two months. I did push-ups for the first time in 2.5 years this week. I am thrilled (although very sore) at how strong I feel. I feel 10 years younger and there is no price for those results. Speaking of price, I compared the prescriptions to another clinic in Northern VA & DC and it was literally 60-70% more expensive the further north I went. Lastly, just to clarify, I am taking the time to type this because it literally has changed my quality of life. I hope that it does the same for whomever gives it a shot. For the first time in my life I proactively invested in my health and it has been one of the best decisions ever. I recommend this clinic wholeheartedly.
