I have found certain pieces for a little bit cheaper a few other places, but based on the customer service in those stores compared to Bobcat, this store deserves your business. They have been texting with me to work things out and have been super accommodating. I am definitely pleased with all of the interactions thus far, and I will definitely be returning to them for my furniture and home needs in the future. She worked with us to help narrow down what was available and align that with exactly what we wanted. End result, she got the sink to us super fast and with more than enough time to spare before our install. Not to mention, it looks great. They just don't care about their customers, and it shows.

I was told they did a thorough cleaning and service and was not able to repair the machine. Here are some pictures from after their thorough cleaning. I called Vacuum City in Helena and they are fixing it for me. They felt that if Imperial Home Appliances had done a thorough cleaning it would have solved my problem. I do not believe that Lowe's itself needs to track my location and receive the Bluetooth information out of my phone from their code reader flock cameras, as they do to build a private profile on me without my knowledge and it is very intrusive and disrespectful

I called for a virtual appointment on July 17th and made a timed appointment. The technician never showed up and I had to call into the office to chase him down. He finally appeared, several hours late. Then we planned an in home service visit, which I was charged for TWICE in advance. That appointment was set for July 27th between 8-12pm. I took off work. They cancelled at 10am on the day of because they didn't have the part. I was promised it would be 'expedited,' etc. and was rescheduled for August 3rd between 8-12pm. I took off work. They cancelled 11am on the day of. Rescheduled for August 11. SAME EXACT THING - still saying they didn't have the part. Rescheduled ALL THE WAY OUT TO SEPT 1. Took off work AGAIN, and was again called at 9:30am to say the technician DIDN'T HAVE THE PART. How are these guys even in business? Go ANYWHERE else, or shoot, maybe even have some of your housesits try and fix whatever it is, you'll probably be better off.
