Walked in the place so rad. They had my parts waiting at the counter. There was a gentleman there that came out to my car looked at my bike build and was so helpful and not rushing me to jump to the next customer. I paid around $40 for a new chain and fat boy tire tube. I believe it was fair priced, but it didn't matter bc the quality of service had me loyal to being their customer not amazons. After looking at my bike they made quick simple adjustments, were very helpful in explaining things to me and gave me hints are what I could do to avoid future issues. I also asked them about custom builds and they said those are their specialty & usually what they work on. I look forward to in the very near future having them help me build a custom fixed gear bike.

I went in and explained my lack of knowledge and the staff was extremely helpful. They walked me through what pole would be best, what setups to get for specific fish, and what bait to use. They were extremely friendly and never tried to upsell me unnecessarily. I came back the next morning at 5am to get bait and again the service was excellent. 10/10 recommend this place for all fishing needs!
