Big selection of decks, pretty good shoe selection as well. Friendly and courteous staff to answer all of your questions.

The goalie staff there were awesome and actually knew what they were talking about. One of the goalie experts helped fit me properly for pads instead of letting me wander around looking like a confused Transformer. They had an unreal selection of gear -- I think I tried on every helmet in the building before finally finding one that fit my head without making me feel like I was being compressed into a submarine hatch. Ended up getting a chest protector for an amazing price, knee pads, helmet, and skates. They baked and sharpened the skates right there too, which made the whole process ridiculously easy. Honestly, for goalie gear this place is dangerous. You walk in needing one thing and suddenly you're convincing yourself that spending hundreds of dollars on equipment designed specifically to get hit by frozen rubber is somehow financially responsible. Great staff, huge selection, and probably one of the best places around if you're a goalie trying to get properly fitted without guessing your way through it.

The best part of this store is that in general you'll find at least a couple of knowledgeable employees hanging around at all times. You'll often even find specialists, like goalie experts that can help you fit and select the right gear. If you need a lot of gear, I'd drive the extra distance to this store versus the Pure Hockey and xHockey options that seem to be sprinkled everywhere else.

Do not give your money to One Stop Board Shop…read more I dropped off a $1,900 electric unicycle for repair. After months of being ignored, I was told -- with zero warning or consent -- that they threw it away. When I asked how they thought that was okay, they cited a landlord-tenant law (yes, seriously) to justify it. This wasn't a misunderstanding. I followed up multiple times. They responded after the fact -- once the EUC was already gone. What makes this worse is that they've now officially dissolved their LLC, yet their Shopify storefront is still active and taking people's money. That means they're operating without a legal business entity. If anything goes wrong with your order, good luck getting recourse. I've got the receipts, emails, and dissolution documents to prove it. If you value your gear or your money, stay far away. They've already shown how they treat customers -- and now they don't even exist legally to be held accountable. TL;DR: They threw away my $1,900 EUC without permission, then cited a landlord-tenant law to justify it. Now their LLC is dissolved, but they're still selling online. Zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.

Am I being to picky, don't have the right size, my laundry method, etc. I have made multiple size purchases of the same t-shirts, changed laundry cycle and have kept buying t-shirts for the possibility that I may have had bad luck with individual T-shirt of the production lot. Nothing has changed. Something just feels off with the T-shirts they stock from my experience. I have purchased some of the same shirts online from other vendors to see how they fit in comparison-they haven't arrived yet. This is an odd review I know, but I just want to have it out there in case someone else is experiencing the same. Although it probably just me being overly picky. Thanks!

I told her he was a service dog and she said he wasn't because he wasn't wearing a vest. I told her it wasn't required for a dog to wear a vest. She said that it was and that they didn't allow dogs because they pee in the store. I told her that that wasn't a properly trained service dog then and that my dog had never peed in any establishment. Then she went on to tell me I couldn't bring my dog in because she had her 16 year old dog in the store and her dog has a medical condition. I told her again that it was against the law to deny access to a service animal. She said without proper paperwork she wouldn't let me in. I informed her that there is no such legal documentation nor is it legal to ask for documentation and that by ADA laws you can ask 2 questions: "is this a service animal and required because of a disability?" And "what work or task has this animal been trained to preform?" This information is posted prominently on the ADA.gov website and is easily accessible. She asked me the questions and I told her that he was a medical alert dog trained for cardiac alert and she said that's not real. I once again informed her that denying us access was illegal. She told me that it was just store policy and she's just an employee. So my dog and I left. I didn't see it posted anywhere that only service animals were allowed. Until they inform themselves of the law and inform their employees I cannot recommend going to this store. (Also why is your 16 year old dog allowed to be in the store but my service animal isn't??)
