Our ranch is in the middle of nowhere, and these gentlemen didn't even groan when I told them where the problem was located. Vince came out that Saturday with all the parts needed, fixed my dad's issue, and fixed another project I started but didn't finish yet. I live in Southern Cali, and I was able to set this up with Jubien, and he took care of everything. Drain Guru is not like the other companies I talked with. I was either going to pay an arm and a leg to get someone up there because of the drive, and that was not including the price of the repair. I will ONLY call this company in the future. Drain Guru plumber, guy hired another plumber business (Parker and Parker) to come to my home to…read morefind the leak. The P&P came in unscrewed 2 screws from panel under dishwasher. He showed me the leak was from the dishwasher. I had to paid P&P $160. because the guru guy could not unscrew 2 screws. Thereafter I had to pay guru guy $205. for his joking around, talking silly, he asked me if I painted, I said yes then I realized he was snooping in the other room where I have my art supplies. He put one valve under sink water pipe, called in 2 guys to remove dishwasher, they left grease skid markers on our new floor planks, guru guy had a few more corny jokes and it seems that he stayed a long time doing nothing. FINALLY he left. I am physically challenged and I feel that guru guy took advantage of me by hiring P&P needlessly. Later when I purchased a dishwasher (it's still not installed) I text guru guy and asked...as a curtesy can you connect the 3 electrical wires to the dishwasher? He bulked with a long he tirade to charge me again for connecting 3 wires. I know how to connect 3 wires, I'm not lame yet my hesitation is that there is a connection with a water hose from the dishwasher to a water pipe under the sink. I can't afford guru guy & possibly he brings in another plumber to connect 3 wires...of course, I would have to pay both guys. Honestly, I feel scammed. Its up to people to hire who they want but trust me on this...I DO NOT RECOMMEND drain guru.

Daniel showed up, masked up and he went to work on our unit. Daniel and Israel fixed our safety switch that was installed improperly by the previous company that installed our new unit. Israel also found that our return was not efficient enough for the size of our AC unit and Daniel went over the options to remedy the situation and financing. We are very happy with the quality of service and attention to detail that Daniel and Israel took in servicing our unit. We decided to sign up for their Comfort Care program to have our AC serviced annually and save on parts and services. We just had our second appointment for the winter and it was a new gentleman, but he was equally as caring, intuitive and hard-working as the first gentleman. I called them to get a second opinion about a failing AC unit…read more First company deemed the condenser as faulty and said it needs to be replaced, on site initial quote was $5000, which later turned into $12,000 replacement. Andrew from allbritten showed up and discover the whole issue was a chewed up data cable. He worked his wonders for few hours, restored the system and then worked his magic with his superiors to get us an amazing price !!!! I have hired many contractors before but never ever received such a service as this company provided.
