This went unnoticed until it was time for the tires to be rotated and our technician highlighted the mistake. I contacted Rent a Wheel and they said they'd be happy to fix their mistake but I'd have to pay the installation fee of $25 per wheel again because it had been six months since they made the mistake. Store manager, Kenneth, wouldn't budge, said he'd spoken with the District manager. Poor customer service.

Apparently someone at…read moreTire Barn thought it would be funny to take the specialty wheel lock lug nuts, but only 2 of the 4 to 150psi impact wrench tight. The rest were on as tight as expected. Just glad that he wasn't dealing with that on the side of the road as he would have never gotten it off by hand. I've had better service in the past, but this would have been dangerous on the side of the road. Had to replace the whole set of lock lug nuts from the damage inflicted on one of them just adding cost that was totally unecessary.

When you sit down most days Homers wife will be in their answering the phone. This women is so nice she could talk to anyone. Homer works on a first come first serve basis so there will be sometimes a wait. I don't have a big problem waiting. But if you don't want to wait you can drop you car off and pick it up before the end of the day. They also have a mechanic here Jeff. He is Homers son in law and is a great guy. He will give free estimates and check out your car for free. Homer is old as the hills and I am not sure how much longer this guy can work. I know he is over 70 but he has more experience Aligning tires than I have breathing. Great place, great price, honest and kind people! Highly Recommend.
