They assured me that it would be an OEM part. The HPFP failed two and half years later and when the part was removed it was far from OEM, it was a cheap Vemo HPFP. I see this no different than stealing by promising and charging for OEM but using cheaper parts. I guess they assumed I would get rid of the car prior to finding out.

And even when my insurance wasn't working with me, Troy sat with me and explained every step of what he'd do to fix my car and how much the whole job would cost down to the penny, and then charged me exactly that. He even respected my request to just get a quote on the mechanics damage only for right now, and I can get the aesthetics fixed later.
