Macys is a major staple near Downtown Flagstaff. It is well known and loved, and it shows! When we went into the shop, every seat was taken, a lot of people were sitting outside, and there was a long line (took us about 20 minutes to get through the line). There were so many drinks and food options and everything looked fresh. When ordering we did find out that they do not use flavored syrups. I see this as a bonus of them wanting the taste of their coffee to speak on its own...but be warned if you are a flavored coffee person. The orders came out fast, but it was extremely cramped and if you were waiting for a to go order it felt like you were constantly in the way due to the tables and limited walking space. I got a hot dirty chai with oatmilk, and it was extremely good. The espresso shots gave you the perfect jolt and the chai was spiced extremely well. I recommend checking out Macy's European Coffee House...Just maybe not in the morning and lunch hour.
This place was located in a cute area of Flagstaff. All the drinks looked so yummy here on yelp, I had to try it out for myself. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the baristas. The menu was a little overwhelming, just because it was my first time and there were so many options. I wasn't sure what to pick, but I decided on a simple honey cinnamon iced latte with oat milk. It was l pretty good, I have no complaints. All their pastries looked so delicious. I really appreciate that they have gluten free and vegan options. I got a gluten free cookie and their sugar donut. I also ordered a steamed milk with brown sugar for my daughter. We were satisfied with everything and glad we were able to stop by!
Interesting little spot with lots of seating. They have a large menu to choose from with simple drink options. I ordered a chai which is from the Oregon chai concentrate. That's already yummy just a bit pricy for what you're getting. They also do not have flavors but will offer brown sugar, agave, or honey as a sweetener. There isn't much of a wait for your drink either.
Such a cute and cozy cafe! I love the old fashioned vibe inside. The person working at the counter was very friendly and the food came out quickly. It was really good! Prices were reasonable. I don't like coffee but if you're into that, their coffee menu was very big. Great place to stop for a drink or a quick bite to eat! There is plenty of seating inside and out but be aware that there are only a few parking spots out front. There is free street parking on the streets nearby.
My husband and I stopped by this cute cafe for breakfast. Walking in, there was already a line around 7AM. We didn't mind waiting. I got the egg breakfast which came with fruit, eggs with cheese, toast and jam. I'd say this was the perfect amount of food. It was simple and filling. I also got a decaf coffee with agave syrup. The coffee temperature itself was drinkable when it came out but got a bit cold within minutes. Drink fast! My husband got the breakfast sandwich and the Mexicano coffee. I liked his coffee choice! The cafe was busy and seemed to have their local community coming in mostly. Great spot to chill with friends or catching up.
It was pretty busy when we arrived Sunday morning at 6:45 AM. There were at least 10 people ahead of us in line, but it moved quickly. The girls taking our orders were friendly and welcoming. They guys bringing out the food, not so much. The Breakfast Sandwich was ok. It was fairly filling, but I felt it was missing something. The Cafe Mexicano was perfect! I liked how it wasn't too sweet. I wish I had gotten a large xD Lots of cool art to look at inside that are available for purchase.

Great coffee stop with strong brew. I grabbed an ice latte and the " birdie bar" which is a huge sesame bar with seeds and dried fruit. - it was only $5. They roast their own beans and there is inside and outside seating area. Please come and create your own adventure. read more
Macy's is a nice cozy coffee shop that has great tasting coffee! They have a small menu for breakfast and lunch. They also sell Macy merchandise and whole roasted coffee beans from around the world. We ordered a latte and an Americano to go. My wife was blown away by their Americano. She said it was the best she tasted. She said it's the first Americano she sipped that had a crema feel. My latte was good also. I asked the barista what bean they used and it was their espresso beans! So I purchased a bag. We went there the next morning and duplicated our order. We ordered our coffees to drink in-house and they poured them into their house cups. They were nice and hot. The guy next to us was eating biscuits and gravy and it looked good! I was tempted, but I noticed on the menu the gravy was vegan. I didn't want to take a chance. I shouldn't have allowed that to dissuade me, but I did! I'm finicky when it comes to my B&G! read more

We were in Flagstaff and this spot kept popping up every time we searched for coffee. So obviously we had to try it I knew the lines could get long, so we went on a weekday. When I walked in, the line was totally manageable... but within minutes it wrapped up behind me! They have tons of options, but I kept it simple with an iced Americano and a splash of half & half and it was sooo good. Strong though! If I could handle more caffeine, I would've grabbed a second cup just to try something else. It's busy because they also serve breakfast and food. There's indoor + outdoor seating, a few parking spots out front, and a small paid lot down the street. I was in and out, so it was easy for me. The vibe? Lively, a little noisy, but still cozy and homey. They also sell cute merch and coffee beans to bring home! I'd definitely come back to try the food next time read more

By far, my favorite eating place in Flagstaff. It is a fun, Bohemian coffee shop. The staff is attentive, helpful and friendly. The coffee is truly European style. And the food is yummy. Can I please give it 10 stars?**********! read more

Great spot in flagstaff for a coffee and a sweet treat! I was so happy that they had vegan scones, which were slightly crisp on the outside and so fluffy on the inside - delicious! I of course had to pick up some homemade dog treats for my homies, which they loved!! read more
So cute! Smells amazing inside! Freshly ground coffee - roasted on site! Grilled cheese and homemade soup was delicious! Pumpkin latte with real pumpkin! Highly recommend this place! Quality food, drink, and kind service! Inside seating as well as tables out front outside. read more

This coffee changed my brain chemistry. I came here 2 days in a row while in town and I'm still thinking about it a week later! Tried the Latte Royal, Mocha, Macy's Special, a couple scones, and a half biscuits & gravy. The coffee was simple but done right. The foam and whipped cream were not too sweet and dusted with chocolate on top. Something about sipping on this hot coffee outside on the sidewalk on a cold morning in downtown flagstaff. Place gets fairly busy in the late mornings but they get orders out quick. read more

I come to Macy's every time I visit Flagstaff. The lines can get quite long during peak hours like weekend mornings, but the person taking orders often acknowledges this and apologizes for the wait which is a thoughtful touch. I've tried several of their pastries and am not a huge fan, but perhaps I just haven't tried the right one yet. I recently got the apple banana bread and wish it was just simply banana bread without the huge chunks of apple inside. The Macy's Special always hits, and I get it with oat milk for a creamier consistency. If you bring your own mug in, you get $0.50 off your drink. The inside of the coffeehouse is primarily green with a mix of older tables scattered throughout. It's hard to do quiet work inside because the ordering line tends to extend past several tables in the main area, but there is a small section adjacent to this with tables in a slightly quieter area. I enjoy sitting outside with my dogs when the weather is nice. Note that the outdoor area is often shaded in the mornings, so it can get cold. read more

"WOW WOW WOW!!!!!" That breakfast sandwich with pepper jack cheese and the veggies with the salsa and the gravy!!!!! I would drive from phx to flag just to eat and drink here again! Unreal coffee spot! The iced espresso with cream was absolutely perfect--bold, smooth, and refreshing. The vibe outside was chill and inviting, and the service was on point. Loved everything about this place. Can't wait to come back! read more
Our group of 6 decided to swing by Macy's for a quick afternoon pick-me-up. First off, this place is the CUTEST! They have an expansive menu for both food and drinks and the baked goods lineup is top tier. I ordered a iced chai tea with almond milk and a slick of gluten-free chocolate cake-pro tip, ask them to heat up the cake so it tastes like lava cake. The staff were so kind and conversational. They have qyute the assortment of merch, coffee beans and dog treats to take home as well. This is the perfect space to study on the weekend or to meet up with friends. read more

Saw this online before I went to Flagstaff & it looked like a place I wanted to try. VERY busy, this place is super popular, but things move fast in here. I had the caffee Viennesse, which was a HUGE cup of hot, frothy goodness. The folks behind the counter seem very capable of handling the giant line coming in the door on a very snowy April day. There were some folks getting up just as I was leaving, so major score on a place to sit & people watch. Its kind of a weird seating arrangement, so if you want to sit, you might be out of luck. I will visit again as the choices were abundant. read more

I visited Macy's once and left wanting to buy a van and birkenstocks. This coffee shop encompases everything great about Flagstaff. Macy's is a small business specializing in all types of caffeinated bevies and baked goodies. It's normally packed to the brim with students, but visiting in late June guarantees that you can grab a seat. I ordered an iced latte with agave / oat milk and a strawberry donut as a treat. During my self guided tour of Flagstaff coffee shops, I noticed that Macy's has the most caffeinated beverages. Their drinks are straight espresso and pack quite a punch. They also have a vegan/vegetarian friendly menu filled with healthy bites to fill your belly. My strawberry donut was tasty and unique, filled with sweet fresh chopped strawberries. I played it pretty safe on my drink order, so I'm excited to return and dive further into their menu. read more

Have loved Macy's for a long time now and always stop by whenever I can. They are great with food allergies (dairy) and can accommodate easily. I also love how they have a lot of vegan options, which for someone who can't have dairy, has been a life saver. I got an oat milk latte and breakfast sandwich, as well as a vegan scone to go. 10/10 for all. Before I developed my milk allergy, my favorite was the Macy's special (hot chocolate with a shot of espresso) I miss it so much read more
Unfortunately our experience was subpar. The reality doesnt matchup with all the hype on here. The drinks were decent. They have good options for breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast sandwich was very bland and pricey for what its worth. The guy at drink station was helpful (probably the owner). But rest of the service was not great.
